My girlfriend and I stayed at this amazing property and could not write a more glowing review. The view, the sound of the crashing waves, the unbeleivably convenient location (definitely eat at Lava Java!) and Cami set everything up perfectly. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this condo to everyone It is truly a wonderful experience.
Your lanai overlooks the pool which is right on the ocean. The view in every direction is breathtaking.

Pros: Location to town was amazing! Accommodations good. Condo as described. Communication was excellent. Cooler and chairs for use was fantastic. Great parking spot.
Cons: Pool was not clean with cockroaches and other bugs floating in it, so could not swim at all. Kitchen (cupboards, plates, utensils) need deep cleaning, had to buy Clorox wipes for sticky surfaces and rewash any dishes we planned to use.
We had an awesome stay in Kona. The condo was perfect for our needs. Waterfront, and in a great location. Very easy to work with Jan and team. We would definitely stay here again.
The location of this condo is awesome. The view from the lanai is beautiful. There is not a beach but watching and listening to the waves crash on the shore is wonderful. We walked everywhere because everything is so close. Having a designated parking spot was great.The condo is clean, nicely furnished and really cute. It was perfect for my husband and I. Jan and Cami were great to work with. They even left us a bottle of champagne with chilled champagne glasses and nice card to help celebrate our anniversary. The bamboo sheets are amazing, I think I need some at home! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The shower has plenty of water pressure. I would definitely stay here again! Wonderful view of the ocean. We really enjoyed our pool day. Our stay was comfortable. Great location for nightlife.
