The townhouse was very well kept. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The lanai was in our opinion the best spot.
Overall loved this property. Location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store, on a beach with great tide pool exploring—but also not right in the middle of Kona/tourist congestion. We saw yellow tang, starfish, sea urchins (lots! Beware!) and even a Hawaiian monk seal on the beach outside the townhouse. It was a perfect spot for our family of 4 (kids ages 5 and 8). The grounds of the complex are beautiful and the pool was a short walk. It’s an excellent pool for small kids, with a 1 ft deep area. The house seemed adequately accommodated in the kitchen and there were boogie boards and beach chairs. Only a little glitch in our stay—the planned exterminator coming for their quarterly spray, but we ended up heading to Hilo that day to visit the Volcanos, so all worked out. We would definitely stay here again.
We had another great visit to KSRC - our favorite place to stay on the Big Island! We have stayed in a couple of different units here over the years and this is definitely one we would return to. Well maintained, amazing view, close proximity to the little adjacent beach as well as the pool - perfection! Loved laying in bed and watching/listening to the ocean waves. When we needed help with a fan in the unit that wasn't working, the property manager was quick to respond. Definitely recommend. Aloha and Mahalo!
There is so much to share about this home! First, the location is incredible - to open the backdoor and feel the ocean breeze was so wonderful! Our family loved looking at the tide pools and seeing reef fish at high tide! We were a short drive from so many amazing beaches and places. The house was fully loaded with everything we needed, including things like a mini beach cooler, snorkels, tennis/pickleball rackets, beach chairs...we didn't need to buy a thing to be very comfortable! We can't wait to come back - this house was a key part of why we loved Kona so much!

This is our 2nd time staying here and it will not be our last. If you are on the Big Island, this is where you want to be. Oceanview from Lanai, Pool and Tennis Courts as well as a great place to stay. There is a Shopping plaza with a grocery store, Movie theater, drug store and a bunch of restaurants all in walking distance. There is a beach footsteps from the townhouse great for watching sunsets and exploring the tide pools. We look forward to staying here on our next trip. Thank you for another amazing stay.
Nice place. Great location. No AC but you get used to it. Kitchen has everything you need.
We had an amazing stay in this unit in Keauhou, which is away from the tourist bustle of Kona, but close and convenient to everything. Direct access to a nice beach right off the lanai with soothing ocean sounds all day and night. No AC, but we didn’t miss it with all the fans bringing in the ocean breezes. They provide virtually all the amenities, including beach gear for your day adventures. We stopped at Costco on our way from the airport and stocked up to cook for our entire week’s stay and had pretty much all we needed in the kitchen for evening meals on the lanai. Would definitely love to come back!
We loved our week at the house. Everything went smoothly and it was so nice and quiet. The adjacent snorkeling beach park happened to be closed all week for coral sponing, but nearby magic sands was open as were other snorkeling beaches.
Too short! Could have stayed forever. The pictures do not do this wonderful place justice. Close to everything. Comfortable. Perfect! Thank you for sharing your place!
