The condo was awesome. It was clean, well stocked and a beautiful location. The lanai was unbelievable. I highly recommend staying at this condo.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Holly was an amazing host – always quick to respond, flexible, helpful, and genuinely kind. The condo was magical, exactly as described, and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The sunsets were mesmerizing, and we loved watching dolphins and surfers right from the property. The beach was fantastic, and the whole place had such a warm, welcoming feel. Truly an unforgettable experience – we can’t recommend it highly enough!

The property is nice. The unit itself is fabulous. Great view of ocean and very nicely furnished. Having the AC made it very comfortable on warmer days. Enjoyed watching surfers and sea life from balcony. The barbecues are not maintained/cleaned and appeared to not be working. We would definitely stay here again.
Property was exactly as described, property host/ manager promptly answered our questions prior to check in. Third Floor unit is perfect no noise other than the ocean and great waves to fall asleep to!

Perfect location on the west side of the island, short drive to downtown Kona and easy drives to local sites such as coffee (recommend Greenwell Farms) and vanilla plantations (we enjoyed The Vanillerie near the airport) along with some of the local beaches. Has a great lanai with seating to relax and enjoy watching the surf (and surfers) along with great sunsets. As a family of four we had plenty of room to move around, the kitchen was nicely stocked for the occasional eat-in meal, and the two bathrooms made life much easier with teenagers. Parking was a breeze, located on the first floor under the building with the condo being on the top fourth floor.
We selected this condo mostly because of the waterfront location and it did not disappoint! The view from the lanai was incredible and we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves every night. The condo itself was nicely decorated, very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. There were tons of towels, beach chairs, a cooler, pool noodles and snorkeling gear so it made visits to the beach a breeze. It was better than the photos! The location is excellent and the onsite parking made it so easy. The pool was so-so (chilly with a view of the parking lot and very deep), but it had nice chairs around it and was a nice amenity to have. We would absolutely stay here again.
The condo itself was fantastic. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture inside and on lanai. Clean and well equipped kitchen with choice of 3 different coffee makers.
The location is unbeatable! Black rocks, white waves, and palm trees are right in front of you—we got to enjoy spectacular sunsets from the lanai every evening. The unit is just minutes from Magic Sands Beach and Kahalu’u Beach Park, one of the best snorkeling spots on the Big Island.The condo itself is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The in-unit washer and dryer are convenient. Holly, the host, was friendly and responsive to all our questions.Note: Only the living room has A/C. It does a decent job of cooling the master bedroom, but it doesn’t really reach the second bedroom. That said, it wasn’t an issue for us—the weather was mild and the ceiling fans were very effective. The second bedroom faces a small parking lot and is close to the street. With louvered windows, sound insulation is limited. The noise didn’t bother us, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.Overall, we really liked the unit and had a great time on the Big Island!
We loved staying here - the lanai was as pictured, and we spent most of our time there. We would stay here again if we return.
We've stayed all up and down Ali'i Drive in various units; This is my favorite and I hope to get back to it soon. Start with quality beds, potent and quiet A/C if you want it, an amazing view of crystal clear waters below where you can see the yellow tangs amongst the rocks, and the level of furnishings at this place: Unrivaled. Rice maker/blender/toaster? Got it. Full spice rack plus tons of kitchen tools and utensils? Yep. All your beach needs covered in the closet. Nice TV setup for movie moments; and just the SOUND of the water outside because of the rock formations - loud and wonderful if you're into that (it's good for the brain). Wake up to surfers and boat traffic and soak it in with your coffee; extremely responsive host replaced coffee maker on fritz with brand new unit that worked wonderfully. Nice local soaps in the bathroom; quality linens and towels. And ice maker that really pumps out cubes (we used it with the nice cooler provided when headed to the beach - plus ice cooling packs! Never seen those in a rental). Just a perfect and delightfully stocked space that elevated our visit. Only dint in our trip was lack of waves at Hapuna - that'll teach us for coming in May :) :) Did I mention Da Poke Shack downstairs? Premium poke - shame it's not open weekends but a must go during the week - hooked my youngest on the seaweed salad. Every time we looked in the cupboards we were surprised at how well appointed this place is - can't wait to find a way back.
Hawaii is my husband and my favorite place to travel to, and it's been 20 years since we've been back to the Big Island. Holly's place was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in! The condo was very clean and well equipped, and the view was absolutely stunning! We were so close to everything we wanted to do as well. This is now our top place to travel to between all the islands, and we will definitely be staying at Holly's place again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit. It had everything we needed and wanted. It had lovely a/c but we didn’t need it in May. The view was outstanding. We enjoyed watching surfers and the sunsets. I love that you can dip your toes in the ocean while grilling a meal in a dreamy location. Thank you so much for the memories.
Great location, beautiful ocean views, magic sands beach is about one mile away other beaches a bit further. Had turtle visitors in pools below. Complex a little aged but condo very well Maintained, spotless, nice to have AC although front bedroom stayed warm. Very nice layout. Wish we could come again or stay longer! We liked going to captain cook for meals. Cheaper and less crowded.
Property is well maintained and conveniently located. Property manager is prompt with all responses.
Our family loved absolutely everything about the condo. Location, location location! The community is very friendly and welcoming and the staff was wonderful. Shout out to Dustin! He lent our son a very high quality boggy board. We loved the food at the Poke Shack located right on property. Their kalua pork is absolutely delicious! This condo was even better than the pictures! The view from the lanai is spectacular as it overlooks the tidepools, can watch the surfers, it’s great for watching the beautiful sunsets, and of course for eating and relaxing on as well. The building was quiet and peaceful. Condo was very clean and well stocked as other reviewers have mentioned – big thank you to Holly as this made our stay very enjoyable. The ice maker in the freezer was an unexpected surprise and really appreciated! This was our first VRBO experience and it went great as Holly was very communicative and had everything clearly laid out which made for easy for check-in/out and parking. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
My family and I loved staying at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking diverse meals, the beach supplies got much use, and the location right on the ocean was excellent. Convenient and ample parking in a garage below the condos was a nice surprise as well!
I can't say enough good things about this place! It has everything you need, from snorkeling gear to sunblock. I've stayed at many places and this is by far the best. I was amazed by how well-stocked everything was. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, and the kitchen/Bathrooms had everything we needed. Even the soap bar was thoughtfully provided, along with plenty of essentials.The location is incredibly convenient and offers a stunning ocean view. The sound of the waves greets you as soon as you walk in. it’s so relaxing. My family enjoyed every moment, and it was hard to leave. We’re already planning to book this place again the next time we visit Kona.
Among the three ocean front rentals in 3 islands, this is a truely living on the edge of the sea experience. Reno is complete yet comfortable. Supply is plenty. This is our first vacation at Hawaii, so we spent majority of the time outdoors, hence, not had opportunity to use what this resort has to offer. In the future, we definitely want to stay in the place longer and enjoy it more. Love the stay!
We had a beautiful stay on the Big Island - first time in years for our whole family to be together at Thanksgiving. Beautiful location, well equipped and amazing views.

Our host, Holly, was very accommodating and our 11-night stay was just fabulous to say the least! We already miss waking up to the sound of ocean front waves and sipping our morning Kona coffee out on the balcony while gazing into the rising sun over the horizon. Overall, the condo was stocked well with everything you need while traveling, and the kitchen was fantastic for our extended vacation there, plus it was so convenient to have access to a dedicated washer and dryer. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable, the AC unit worked beautifully, we loved how peaceful this condo complex felt, and it was great to see they were actively working to improve the grounds around the property. Highly recommended! We look forward to our future visit!
This condo was absolutely amazing. You can’t beat the location and the view from the lanai! Seriously worth every penny. It’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown but we ended up driving most days because it was too hot to want to walk. Holly was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. Was so nice! Would easily recommend staying here!
Loved being right on the ocean
Views were incredible, specifically the surfers and sunsets! The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped! Communication with the property manager was excellent! What a superb stay!
This is a GREAT place to stay in the Kona area! The check-in process was extremely easy. The unit was well-stocked with plenty of towels, kitchenware, and anything you could need. The A/C in the living room works very well throughout the unit. There is some very minor rust on some of the metal (e.g. towel racks) but that's part of the territory when the lanai is literally a few feet from the ocean. You can hear the waves while you sleep. It really is an incredible view and you'd be hard-pressed to find another unit as nice in the area. We highly recommend it!
We enjoyed our stay very much. The lanai alone was well worth the price. However, we would advise that it is best suited to a family with kids rather than two couples. The front bedroom can be hot since AC doesn't reach it well. However, it is a great place to stay!
The property was perfect for our family of 4. The condo had everything we needed. We loved having beach chairs and towels. The lanai was amazing. I don’t think we could be any closer to the water. We wish we would have been able to stay longer.
