Excellent condo on the ground floor. Beautifully finished and well maintained. Air conditioning worked excellently, keeping the unit at a very comfortable temperature. Great views of Kona and spinner dolphins from the lanai.
Great location. Lovely unit. Incredible views from balcony. Literally the ocean was 50 yards in front of us. Coffee in the morning was quiet and a pod of dolphins regularly swam by and entertained. Also appreciated the coffee grinder as we are Kona coffee fans. We were there on the 4th of July...and viewed fireworks from our lanai. Kitchen was well supplied, ate/cooked a couple times full meals and dined while outside viewing the ocean. Our host Holly kept in touch, was most accommodating and timely access to unit on our day of arrival was effortless. Would return!
Very nice property, great location- loved walking to Kona, close to everything. Kitchen is well equipped, saw whales, dolphins, swimmers, canoes every day! Great pool/ barbecue area

This property was amazing. The view from the lanai is unbelievable. It is as if you could almost touch the ocean. It is located in the heart of downtown Kona within walking distance to everything. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was supplied. Air conditioning kept the place as cool as you want it. Easy contact made with property contact. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat
Overall great stay. Very clean property. There is AC in the living room but not in the bedrooms. We slept with windows open and did not have much of an issue but wish there was AC.Lots is stuff in kitchen. Very centrally located. Would stay again if needed
This property was just right for our trip. Very well equipped, convenient, and clean. The only negative we had and this is a personal preference, the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect!
We enjoyed our stay at Sea Village! Holly was a wonderful host and was available with any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was well-equipped for our needs. The air conditioning worked well; we appreciated it being in both bedrooms and the main living space. It was a beautiful rental!
Convenient, clean, and well-equipped, including a coffee grinder and an electric kettle. It was perfect for two retired couples.
Nice condo with awesome view. Great location, pool and property were very well maintained. We had difficulty figuring out which switches worked for which lights or fans. Also had a small problem with roaches and noise from upstairs. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
We adored the decor. The beds were very comfortable. The updated bathrooms were nice with good water pressure. The waterfront lanai was our favorite spot! Well appointed kitchen. Good and plentiful towels. Well kept property with friendly people. Maybe a mile from town, which is walkable for most. The town closes down pretty early anyway and we were always out exploring too late to get down there. Holly was great!
What a gem! I can’t say enough great things about this property. Checking in was a breeze as well as all the information we needed for the rental. All information was well detailed! The place was fully stocked and very clean. Beds were great and so was the AC. Close to everything with a stellar view! Highly recommend and hope we get to return someday 🌺

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. Holly is amazing, the condo is amazing, and I would definitely recommend staying here. I am already planning my trip for next year and plan to book here again for my stay.
Overall, great place and as advertised! Amazing views of the sunset each evening.
Everything was fine. But that’s pretty much it, just fine. Nothing special. Super small kitchen and bed rooms. No vacuum no broom no plunger, all stuff you would hope a rental would have.
My wife and I, along with my brother and sister-in-law stayed at this condo and found it to be very well kept up and quite well appointed. The view of the ocean from the balcony was excellent. We were even able to view a whale from the balcony off in the distance. The only flaw that we found was that the clothes washer had mildew around the edge of the rubber ring. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.
Holly was great to deal with and very accommodating. The condo has a fantastic view.
This property was the perfect location for our adventure on the Big Island. It was spacious enough for two couples but would be great for a family, too. We really enjoyed watching whales from the lanai and the waves were hypnotic. The condo was well equipped, clean, and quiet (except for the doves whose idea of morning was a little different than mine lol.)
We will definitely be back!

Property is truly a home away from home! Close by beaches and markets and a short drive/bike to downtown Kona. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.
We stayed for a week and found the condo to have everything we could need - the kitchen was very well stocked (including a blender, much appreciated!), the beds were comfortable, there were many towels, etc. Everything was very clean and the view was gorgeous - we enjoyed watching both sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. Thanks for a great stay!
