Great place to stay. Had tons of beach supplies and everything you could need to have a good time without the hassle of renting or buying your own. Kitchen was also stocked with everything you need. The view is incredible, on the sunset side of the island so you get to watch the sunset over the ocean every night.

Beautiful. wonderfully quiet place to stay with ocean front balcony. We loved the poolarea and made use of the gorgeous Weber grills available in the center of the resort. We LOVED the air conditioning to be able to sleep at night. It was everything we could have asked for. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony.
Our stay here was fantastic. The condo is in a great location for exploring the Big Island. It was comfortable and the most well-equipped vacation rental we’ve experienced (coolers were much appreciated along with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and even some snorkeling gear was available, although we did not use it). We appreciated the option of A/C, but were pleasantly surprised we didn’t feel we needed it except for 1 of our 8 nights when the temp was the hottest and most humid of our early July stay. We preferred the windows open and fans on instead. The proximity to the water is rare compared to other destinations and provided the BEST ocean wave sounds. We enjoyed the laid-back feel of the property. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and the gas grills were great. The kitchen is well-equipped too. Finally, we loved the coffee shop that is at the front of the property. They have the best 100% Kona coffee and we’re officially spoiled on that. Thank you to the hosts for the great hospitality.
My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of April. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Finding the Sea Village was no problem and parking was plentiful. Check in was simple with keypad entry. The condo was clean and comfortable. The lanai overlooked the water and was very private. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evening listening to the waves. My daughter greatly enjoyed the pool, although I wish there was some shade around the lounge chairs. The condo was well equipped for beach days with chairs, coolers, snorkel equipment, shovels / pails, pool noodles, etc. (but you would need to drive to a beach). I found the beds very comfortable and enjoyed sleeping with the ceiling fan on and windows open. There is a heat pump air conditioner that we used when we first arrived as the unit was a bit warm from being closed up, but didn't use it after. There can be quite a bit of afternoon sun in the main living room area, and there are no window shades (although there is a shade on the lanai that would help), so I expect that during the summer, it could get warm and the air conditioning would come in handy. The location is great. I didn't hear any road noise. You could walk to the main restaurant area, but it would probably take about a half hour. We took some Ubers to go for dinner, which cost under 10 each way, since we heard parking was challenging and expensive. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again if we came back.
Great condo with a view to die for. Every day started and finished with time on the lanai enjoying it. Well stocked kitchen and laundry facility is a bonus. There is everything you need for the beach with towels, chairs, body board, etc. The closest beach with lifeguard is Magic Sands 2 miles away. Property is finished to a high standard. Very responsive host.
Second floor condo, great area. Good host communication. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Hot tub was tiny, always packed and closed at 9. :/
Enjoyed the stay overall. Unit was well equipped for towels, and consumable supplies. Beds were super comfortable. No AC in the 2nd bedroom.The downside was the unit is a bit tired and made it a bit challenging to cook meals for two people. Details:Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were noisy, Fan in hall bath did not work, Kitchen cabinets were a painted plywood and sticky feeling and showed wear. All the pots and pans were in really bad shape. A real hodgepodge of dishes and some had chips on them. The microwave was very old and did not fully function. Washing machine was very noisy and there were a number of floor tiles in the kitchen and a few in the living room by the patio that were cracked.
Perfect location. Great views. We will be back for sure.
Nice place but shows some wear
Condo was as advertised. 2 bedrooms w/ comfy king beds. Bathrooms small. Living area large enough. Balcony was great but had high surf warnings for all but one day of our stay, so balcony was unuseable. We did see many dolphins and some whales when we were able to be outside. Only complaint was floors were very dirty.We found the floors to be VERY dirty.
We were in this unit for a month and found it very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. The kitchen had everything you would need including a good assortment of spices. It was well stocked with products for cleaning, laundry, toilet paper and paper towels. There were coolers, beach chairs, noodles, snorkel gear, boogie boards, binoculars, etc. The beds were comfortable and we would stay in this unit again.
This was the second time that we stayed in this particular condo. It was as nice as it was the first time around.
After multiple visits to Kona, I'd have to say this condo has been our favorite. From the spacious, clean interior to the ocean-front views from the lanai....this place cannot be beat. The condo is well stocked with anything you might need, plus laundry soap was a bonus. As it was just my hubby and I, we only used the main bedroom. The king bed was more than comfy. There are ample fans, and a.c. if you need it. We only had the a.c. on one night in the beroom to cool off but most days the breeze was prefect. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was nice and clean. It was nice to wake up in the morning, sit outside with a coffee and watch the dolphins and cruise ships. The living room sectional was comfortable for 4 adults to watch tv. It’s a minutes drive from the Kona restaurants.
The view from this place is incredible. True oceanfront and beautiful sunset views. The a/c was great and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. The beach toys and chairs were particularly helpful as we ventured out for the day. We would definitely stay again!

The family (2 adults, 2 teens) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Village! To start, the location is superb! The sound of the waves crashing right outside of the family rooms was everything! The condo is filled with everything a family needs for a fun and adventurous vacation on the Big Island. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, spices, serverwear, utensils, foil/parchment, and plastic zipper bags for simple meals, coffee, and more! Most rental condos only carry basic small appliances, this condo had everything, even a blender for your tropical drinks. The washer/dryer came in super handy during our stay. The host provided plenty of dishwasher pods and detergent for our usage. The closest in the master bedroom is filled with chairs, boogie gourds, and other goodies for a day at the beach. There are also three mini coolers for your convenience. The condo is spacious and comfortable and a perfect place for our family vacation. Thank you for your hospitality!
Overall for the amount of time we were there it was ok.
The jaccuzi was not working. We did not have a key to the pool. There were some minor hiccups, but the views and location made up for it.
Has everything we needed plus more
The condo was in a great location for restaurants and shopping and the view from the balcony is wonderful! There’s a split unit in the main living area and in the master bedroom, but there is no air condition unit in the second bedroom. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed although there was not enough room to store your luggage anywhere. We did not use the drawers but needed luggage racks and so it was challenging to make that work for four people with four sets of luggage. I visited with my two adult sisters and sister-in-law and we absolutely loved the sunsets and view from the balcony the most. Pictures were accurate👍
We stayed 6 1/2 short days. It was terrific to see the Big Island. The condo was spacious for the four of us, and two baths were amazing. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was excellent for that. Previous occupants left items that we could use. We left some, too.
The beach going experience was made so easy with the furnished chairs, towels and boogie boards. Oh! And there are three coolers.
The washer/dryer is small but did the job almost daily. It was such an advantage to pack less and wash what we needed.
Finally, the view from the lanai is the best on the island. I think it’s the best in this complex, too. We were out there daily.
Our stay was fabulous and the views were spectacular. The owners took extra care to have the kitchen well stocked and provide us with everything we need -- even beach chairs. We can't say enough about the location and all the amenities. The pictures online were very accurate and matched the apartment. Enjoy!
The views are worth the stay in its self! The condo is in a great location within 10 minutes of anything in Kona. Condo itself is very clean and quiet. The owners provide everything you need for your stay. I would recommend staying here again.
We've been to the Big Island several times, but have never stayed in Kona and never right on the water! Wow. What a spectacular treat! After coming back to the condo daily I felt our beach time continued with the ocean breeze, sound of the waves crashing and the absolute beautiful views! From the lanai we saw whales, dolphins, boats, outriggers and more. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Great communication with the owners- easy check in/out. We will definitely be back! After a snafu when we first arrived, Patrick impressively responded quickly and took care of the issue. The lanai was such a pleasure to hangout on, almost over the water and directly inline with the sunsets, which were spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. It was wonderful to have beach chairs, boogie boards and several sizes of coolers to use during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
Was wonderful everything you need for an island vacation
From the start communication was quick & easy. The condo is as oceanfront as you can get. This unit had everything from massive shampoo & conditioner to anything you need in the kitchen, & the washer/ dryer was so helpful. But really the star here is the view which is breathtaking! What a blessing to be here and enjoy all of the restaurants & shopping right down the street.
