The condo was just as describe, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and the host provided basic necessities such as soap, detergent and coffee. Highly recommended.
I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The complex this unit is located in is beautiful and has two pools, a huge outdoor eating space, plenty of room to lounge by the pool or ocean, and 3 large grills available to use. Unit 336 was everything I was looking for in a trip to Hawaii. We had stunning views of the ocean from the living room and balcony, comfortable and clean bedrooms, and living area, a kitchen for making breakfast and dinner if you wanted, washing machine and dryer, and air conditioning. A lot of places in Kona didn't have A/C and I almost booked a place without it. If you're visiting in July or August, you definitely want a unit with A/C!.The host was responsive to all of our questions and there were tons of beach items available to use as well: beach chairs, pool noodles, cooler, snorkel gear, beach mats. We loved our time here and would love to stay again in the future.

Everything great. Two items to fix. Handle on small bath shower is loose and needs to be tightened. Binoculars are a nice amenity for whale watching except the right lense will not adjust
The location was great! The condo was very clean. The ocean views are spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked for everything you need. Had some beach equipment that we were very happy to have that made the beach days easier. Umbrella, chairs and towels. No cooler. The second bedroom with 2 twin beds is TINY. Not for 2 adults-small children would be fine, and no where to put luggage. The pull out was terrible and old, like sleeping on rocks. But we made it work. Had 2 nights the power went out only in this unit but this issue was revolved quickly . The cable tv also went out and that was never fixed. All minor things but good to know for future guests. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to others.
This was one of the nicest short term vacation rentals I have ever stayed in! The grounds are beautiful and the rental itself is excellent! We could not have asked for anything better! Thanks so much for the hospitality!
A great property. Very well kept. We had a serious noise problem at night with a smoke alarm. We called the emergency number repeatedly and they answered. They called someone to deal with it but no one came that night. The call back came the next morning. So do not expect any help if it is after hours. You will have to deal with any emergency yourself. Other than that a great property with very nice people to deal with. The unit itself is fantastic as are the grounds. Very quiet and beautiful.
The location of the condo was wonderful with views of the ocean. The condo was also nicely equipped with everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed here 6 days. It is a nice Property and Condo. The bedrooms are small if you have lots of luggage. We were fine since we could use the other bedroom to sore it all. The living and dining area is big and comfortable. The huge covered patio common area between the two pools does not affect the view from your balcony. We would return, but only with two of us. Four adults in there would be cramped. Oh, the shower in the master is really nice with extra spouts!!
Outstanding condo! We’ll equipped & in a beautiful setting. Quiet surroundings were ideal. Loved the views & the pool & beach!
