This is our 3rd stay at this place and it never disappoints. We brought some friends who stayed with us for just a few day La and have never been to Hawaii. They are spoiled with the view, the sounds and overall experience we had at this placeJanice & Bruce are the best owners and make sure everything is thought of to make this a home away from home

We spent our annual girls trip staying at this lovely condo that is right on the ocean. It was clean, recently renovated and very spacious. I enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai and hearing the constant crashing of waves along the shore.I highly recommend this unit, it's close to Kona but outside the hustle and bustle. Shops and restaurants close by.

This condo is the best I have rented, it is fully stocked with all kitchen items, front center lanai with beautiful view of ocean. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms, it made our stay so easy and comfortable, living room and dining rooms were also nice. The grounds are immaculate and pools are always nice after a beach day, relaxation in jaccuzi
Wonderful condo with perfect location just a few yards from the ocean. Beautiful view with waves breaking on the rocks just outside the lanai. Condo was super clean and well stocked. Hosts very nice and responsive. Highly recommend. 10/10.
This is a beautiful unit right on the ocean. We enjoyed the sunsets and the sound of the breaking waves. From the living room it seems like the waves are right at your feet! Well equipped condo. The furnishings are a little dated, but comfy. We had no problems at all!
This was like being at home but with a beautiful view of the Pacific. Everything was there that one could need. Highly recommend.
It’s definitely one of the nicest place we stayed in Kona oceanfront. We have been to Kona for over ten years and stay only in oceanfront units.

Wonderful property oceanfront! Beautiful sunsets every night! Convenient to shopping, convenient to Kailua Kona! Two king suites make it great for adults. Would stay here again!

We previously stayed at this property several years ago. It has been meticulously maintained and we loved staying here again!! The location is fantastic, just a short drive into town. One of the best amenities is the incredible views from every room!! The sunsets were beautiful. Janice was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting The Big Island!

Repeat stay for us. This unit is everything - view, all the little things you want to make you feel at home (batteries, beach chairs, golf balls, etc).
