Enjoyed the stay very much.
One of the beds was very very old thought the bed was going to fall on the floor. The floors turned our fet black? No broom in the room to sweep up the sand. The shower had black hair in it. The little fig, freezer needs to be defrosted. The air filter in the cooler was dirty so I cleaned it. Overall the grounds were beautiful. Sorry for the review but I am retired Motel manager so I see these things. Mahlo
Just as described. Room was in the perfect location. Right in the middle of the downtown area with all the restaurants and bars. Amazing view of the ocean and main strip. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you!
Prime location with a gorgeous ocean view. It is in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. All in all great place to stay at while visit Kailua-Kona. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Host was very informative of the check in process and guidelines before my arrival. I would recommend updating and maintenance of the unit. (sliding door was hard to open, shower head was leaking water, bad odor behind the fridge, bed mattress was worn out also the skirt was dirty).
It was convenient to the water and restaurants. Quiet at night. Comfortable
As a local, when visitors come we’ve previously stayed in four different condos in this exact building. The location is undeniably fantastic, but the inside of this unit is a huge disappointment. It is decorated so sparsely that it felt like a hospital room. The biggest thing was the sliding glass door barely opened, and the outside was the only saving grace of this place. Other units have been so cozy, cute and beautifully decorated.
The place was pretty good, but it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was not clear in the ad that there wasn't an elevator or I would not have booked this unit. I am disabled so this made the stay a lot less enjoyable.

All great except some confusion on towel cleaning. Upon check in told towel would be replaced once and when went in to let know to do towels on the day of service were told due to duration of stay, no towel service but given detergent to do ourselves. Other than that excellent service and stay and enjoyed the property.
There was only a small fridge and microwave by bathroom. My fault I just took it studio would have a small kitchen. We like to fix a few things and save. Next time I need to make sure and read everything. One bed was very bad and the other wasn’t much better. The v

Decent room but the beds are old and uncomfortable.
We stayed here for nine days. The unit is small with no kitchen, but that was just fine for us. You can’t beat the location, we were an easy walk to most restaurants and the beach. It has an awesome swimming pool and hot tub.Parking is a challenge, during the busy times we had to park offsite.
Enjoyed the location, spent a lot of time lanai people watching and enjoying the ocen view

Perfect location! Many restaurants and shops is the area. Top floor view of the sunsets and ocean. Never a dull moment. We didn’t mind the stairs but could be a problem if you have mobility issues.
My only complaint was the curtains. They don’t cover the window at all and could use a wash. Used my wrap to cover the gap every night.
We have a wonderful experience. The room is simple but has an absolutely incredible view and is in a wonderful location! We could easily walk all around the town of Kona, and we could hear and see the waves from our room.
The studio was clean and comfortable, the host was very responsive to our questions and requests and the location was fantastic with a great view if tge ocean. We woukd definitely stay here again.
It was a cute little apartment in the middle of Kailua-Kona. It was clean, simple and had easy walking access to everything nearby. It is a big island and a car is necessary to check it all out but this was the perfect launching pad
It's a cute little place but we found the parking to be ridiculous especially for an older couple like us and too many stairs. So it would be much better suited for younger people.
The location is amazing, however, and the view spectacular. Everything else is average.

Everything was exactly as described and Cece was amazing to deal with. We could’ve eaten off the floor…it was THAT clean! The pictures don’t do the view justice. The sun sets from the balcony are amazing!!! The ONLY draw back was the shower mixing valve. It took seven minutes to get hot water and then it was either scalding or ice cold unless you lined it up in an exact spot, but that was the ONLY drawback.
