Clean, reasonable, adequate with excellent communication with manager. We had the water turned off for a few hours one afternoon, and we were immediately contacted by the manager to let us know what to expect. The unit was well stocked, clean, and we felt quite safe.

The property was great, nice pool, views were amazing. The place was clean and had everything, maybe a couple bowls, plastic dishes and for the BBQ area would be a nice addition. There was lots of spices, oil, etc. The bedroom was hot and the air conditioner was noisy. The mattress needs replacing as it's a bit like sleeping in a hammock. There are tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, there's an umbrella, cooler and lots of snorkel gear too. Easy check in and Michael responded quickly to any messages or concerns. glasses would be helpful

the view from Lanai is stunning. Beautiful sunset is exactly in front of the lanai and unforgettable. Only con is the big sound of air conditioner, but, who needs it. Big fan is very functioning and makes feel comfortable. And the host is very kind and let us possible for late checkout.
We simply loved this place. True to advertising; had everything we needed; very much enjoyed the lanai.
My husband and I had a great time visiting the island. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It has an amazing view of the ocean is in a great location, which made it easy to walk down to where all the shopping and restaurants are.
This was the first time we stayed at Sea Village and loved the location. The views off the lanai were spectacular!!

Michael was very responsive and the condo was I. A convenient location. The best part was the oceanfront view. AC in two rooms was critical though only used in the evening after the heat of the day. Comfortable bed!
Michael's condo was the absolute PERFECT place for our recent stay on the big Island. Everything was exactly as stated, it was clean, comfortable, Michael was incredibly accommodating. We truly could not have asked for a better vacation and Michael's condo was were it all started. With the view (THAT VIEW!) even when we did not feel liek being out and about we would just dit on the lanai and have mother nature entertain us for hours.

Location .. location... location. Saw whales almost every day right, amazing sunsets and crashing waves from the lanai.
Condo was comfortable. After booking the property, I reached out to the property manager several times but never heard back (including on our arrival day). But, the backup contact was responsive. We appreciated being able to check in 1 hour early. The kitchen had almost everything we needed but was limited in the number of settings. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were in great shape. We were left 1 extra roll of TP and 2 Tide pods/1 dryer sheet (for a 9-night stay) which we found limited. The bedroom AC unit is a stand-alone unit on the floor which was a bit loud. But in December, we found we really didn't need the AC. The living room furniture was sufficient but could use some updating for comfort. We did enjoy the view looking across the bay at Alii Drive. We could see the cruise ships anchored in the harbor and saw a whale close to shore one morning.

A gorgeous setting! The high tide with big, crashing waves made me think the condo might get engulfed in water once or twice, but alas, we survived and had a lovely week on the island and gained a deep appreciation for the sights, sounds and splashes of the great Kona coast.

cons: kitchen needs updating. appliances good. bathroom small. little more lighting in living areas and bathroom. non functioning door keypad had to open lock box every time to enter. noisy a/c units in bedroom and living room. TV very complicated more instructions would have been appreciated.

Condo was everything it said it would be. We opted for the pullout couch. Ocean views from bed, the sound of the waves to fall asleep to and cool ocean breeze. Loved all the beach toys. Snorkels and flippers, beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards. Loved it!!

Beautiful view made our stay perfect . Such calm and we’ll just amazing. Very comfortable King bed in a good size bedroom with ample closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom and linen closet were well supplied. The near proximity to open markets, restaurants, airport and shops … perfect !
Only two very small issues. Toaster was broken…. Entryway to condo needs to be better lit.
We rented this condo from July 23rd to August 6, 2023 and the location and view were perfect and next to none. Close enough to town but without all the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach (beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards). Lots of parking just outside the condo and plenty of barbeques and picnic tables next to the pool.
We spent every morning sitting on the lanai drinking our coffee and had dinner there every night admiring the sunset and ocean views.
We're looking forward to staying there again soon!

Place was noisy because of 2 mobine a/c units that had to kerp runningb24/7. Place was set up for 6'+ and over. I am only 4'11. Couldnt reach cupboards, sit on the patio furniture or even sit on the bed. 1 small pool for 48 units to share. What a disaster.!! We left 3 nights early & had to pay for another place to stay just to have a discussion wo yelling and get some rest. Thank God for Hilton Waikaloa Village.
Great views, property was adequately furnished. Plusses were beach chairs, snorkel, flippers, and welcome gifts. Minuses - the shower water was never hot, owner didn't respond to text or phone calls, microwave too low so it wouldn't open, we had to put shims under it, ice maker in refrigerator not turned on so we had to figure this out, ac loud, washer loud, bathroom had no fan, kitchen needs updating, toiletries in shower not full.
Oh my God the place is picture-perfect out to hear the ocean every night the neighbors, real nice everybody there was courteous, and the place was clean. We left to clean perfect perfect perfect
