Excellent! Classic well designed condo with lovely Hawaiian elegance. We used the beach & snorkeling gear. Pool was refreshing & jacuzzi relaxing. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations, we will return.

We had three couples stay here for a week and a great time was had by al! The kitchen was well outfitted which made cooking meals a breeze, and there was ample dining area both indoors and out. Beds were comfy. Beach gear provided was a nice touch. And the community pool/hot tub was never too busy, even during high surf days. Excellent location, the nearest beach is maybe 10 min walk and had great tide pooling.
Beautiful town home!We loved the pool and hot tub area and used it every night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook including several different spices. The ocean view from the lanai was amazing to see the sunset. This property is really close to two wonderful beaches. I would recommend this property!
We loved this town house! We had plenty of room to spread out. Super clean and inviting. Location is perfect, with a really nice clean community pool. We loved all the extra amenities that you don’t get with a hotel. Like all the beach gear, chairs, umbrella, snorkels. There’s a nice shopping center right around the corner. The owner was so accommodating, we had a late flight. They let us have a late check out. It was a perfect place for our family. When we come back, we will be rebooking this townhouse.

The first time using VRBO and we were very happy with this little piece of heaven. Very clear information on how to get to the place from the airport, which was only 30 minutes drive.
From the moment we drove through the gates of this condo resort we felt at peace. This gated community was quiet and safe, yet alive during the day with guests from the very young to older, all enjoying the pool, exercise room, birds, gardens, and sun. The pool had a place for everyone, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, kiddie pool, larger pool, and a large hot tub. The condo itself was very clean and filled with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was the little touches, like providing a cooler and cold packs to bring drinks and snacks to the beach, plenty of beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and snorkels/flippers. The fridge had cold filtered water and there was a lovely basket of local treats to start the vacation. All cookware, dinnerware, foil, storage containers, glasses, two types of coffee makers, kettle, great stove for cooking the catch of the day. The beds were comfortable (and there are different configurations for different sized families (we had grandparents, parents, and two teenage kids). The view was breathtaking, dinners on the patio and sunsets from the balcony. The A/C was much needed on some of the hotter days. Bathrooms were clean and included some aftersun lotion for those days we had a little too much sun. And by 10 p.m. everything was quiet so we could sleep peacefully to be ready for the next day's adventures.
The location was great, away from the hustle of the busy downtown, yet 5 minutes from the beach and all amenities. We could walk up to the food store, a great little book store, and great pizza place. Make sure you visit Costco for gas (way less expensive) and food. And the best meal we had was Umekes Fish Market Bar and Grill with live music. We visited Volcanoes park which was 2 hours away, but the drive was amazing with gorgeous views. We went to the far north to enjoy the wild cliffs, and an hour and a half to the Mauna Kea observatory to see some amazing stars.
We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience the Kona coast in comfort.
Just as listed, quite, tranquil, and equipped with items you need for a day at the beach. We were 5 adults and had an excellent stay and the kitchen is well equipped for meals. Secure and plenty of parking. Easy access to stores, beaches, and restaurants.

- all the comforts of home. All the way down to Bath & Body works hand soaps and shower gel, kirkland shampoo/conditioner, tide laundry soap, dryer sheets, QUALITY PAPER TOWELS AND GOOD TOILET PAPER! (I get excited about the little things) :-), plenty of Ziploc baggies, foil, plastic wrap, garbage bags. Everything you need! All we had to buy was geoceries.

I cant say enough good things. I'm a tough customer and couldnt be more pleased. I will stay here everytime I visit the Big Island. I'll even plan my travel around its availability.
