We had a wonderful stay. The condo is nicely stocked with everything you need (including beach chairs, boogies boards, towels et all). The view from the lanai was lovely as was the salt water pool overlooking the ocean.
The only gripe we had was there not being enough parking close to the condo. If you come home after 7pm you have to park further out by the street / in the commercial area. It’s not the end of the world but it’s a bit odd there’s not enough guest parking.
Other than that, it was a great spot! Easy walking/jog to various cute beaches and restaurants.
We absolutely loved this complex. The suite itself is very comfortable (could have better patio furniture, but that wasn't a game changer). The beach area, pools, bbq area were perfect. If we return to the island we will stay here!

We enjoyed our week here. Sunsets were amazing and loved watching / listening to the waves come in. Centrally located making it easy for traveling to other parts of the Island. Plenty of space and very, very clean. Loved having a washer/dryer right there. Also appreciated such a large bathroom. We would absolutely return again and stay even longer. Mahalo!
Very quiet and comfortable overall,
Cannot beat the amenities in this complex 2 pools and garden setting but the ocean location and view is beyond words.
Our 4th stay in this lovely and well maintained community.

It was amazing! Everything was perfect
The add is misleading. Central air should mean it works, it was 77/78 degrees the entire stay. Miserable conditions for my wife on out vacation.

We always stay at casa de embeko when we come to the big island. This was our first stay in 310. It is very welcoming. Plenty of space for my wife and I. Very clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was the a/c went out on the entire complex for a day and a half. We ended up sleeping on the patio for the night and we were not the only ones. It got too hot inside. But overall we had an amazing time
Nice condo and well-maintained property. Condo is well equipped. I really liked thT there was a Brita water filter. Loved the salt water pool and sand beach area.
Great place! The condo is in a quiet complex with many retirees and some vacationers like us. The balcony is delightful, with views of the ocean, pools and gardens below. There was usually a nice breeze too. The grounds include two pools - one typical pool, as well as another right up against the ocean. There's also a nice sand beach with palm trees, perfect for a relaxing day with a good book. The actual beach consists of lava rocks, so most people don't swim in the ocean there. However, there are a number of very nice beaches within a mile or so, including some with good snorkeling.
The interior was just fine for us. We appreciated that the kitchen included all the pans and tools that we needed to make breakfasts and other occasional meals.
