The unit has a remodeled kitchen done Aug 2024, all new appliances, there are plenty of dishes, pans, serving trays, plastic ware for BBQ area, new Keurig & new regular coffee maker, electric tea kettle, Brita water pitcher, Convection oven. AC in the bedroom, Smart TV in bedroom & same in living room, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. The bathroom was completely redone, new tile shower, vanity, mirror and lights.
Eat your meals on the lanai at the table and chairs and enjoy the view of the ocean, with surrounding tropical plants providing privacy. I have trays you can take your food down to the BBQ area. The lanai has a ceiling fan and light for enjoying your evening outside.
We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkeling fins and masks, (no water shoes) beach umbrella, hair dryer, tennis racquets, iron, first-aid kit.
Due to Covid I have instituted a 24 hour calendar block before each reservation, to give the cleaning crew time to thoroughly clean the unit before each guest arrives.
