This home was in a fantastic location for snorkeling, beaches, and generally exploring the island. Views from the lanai were lovely. Pool and grill area were great. If we were on the big island, we would rent here again.
Great location. Beautiful sunsets on the volcanic rock by the ocean. The gas grills were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of parking. It is a 3rd floor appartement with no elevator.
Nice condo, with lots of amenities. Very communicative, and really lovely people. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed and 100% would stay here again. The location is perfect- close to all the restaurants, and also close to magic sands beach and a few other good snorkeling spots. Also, close to the airport.

We returned to this property based on the value, location, and space for the family. Kitchen was super functional. Lanai was fantastic to sit on in the mornings. The owners response time on minor issue was amazing. I told them it could wait till after we checked out, she got it taken care of immediately. We will be rebooking soon!!!
Laurie was thee best host we've experienced so far. She was quick to answer questions we had, she helped when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo, and graciously accommodating to our travel needs. We will definitely book with Laurie again. Thank you Laurie!
We loved staying at this condo. It was very close to town and had everything our group needed. We especially loved the grill downstairs.

My family of 6 (4 to 74) had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. Great views, great amenities, very responsive and helpful hosts, great location (close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, groceries). Place had everything one would expect of their own property - EXTREMELY well stocked with pool/ beach/ games/stationery/books/guides and brochures/utensils everything. Even had wet bag to hold phone wallet in water. We were very sad to leave and would 100% stay here again.
Location and property was incredible, our first time to Kona and this property made it extremely easy, nearly everything you need for the family and beach is already in the unit! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!
We loved everything about our stay in Hawaii. The location of this property is perfect, our kids enjoyed the pool, we watched sunsets from lava rocks, check in and communication with the host was easy and quick. We would certainly return again!
Condo is perfect! The view is amazing from lanai, great location. Beds were comfortable and plenty of kitchen utensils for use.

We have stayed at a few different condos in Hawaii and this our favorite. The condo itself was updated, well stocked with supplies, and comfortably fit seven of us (3 of which were kids).
The view from the 3rd floor lanai was something we enjoyed every night.
The location was perfect too. Close to the shops and restaurants in Kona so it was a quick drive or sometimes we walked there (about a mile).
Property was great. 2 weeks in a very well maintained complex and our accommodations were everything we needed. Our 2 bedromm was very well stocked woth a lot of extras that made the experience memorable. We will recommend to our friends and hopefully return with them.

There were 6 adults and 2 children staying in this condo. It was so wonderfully neat and tidy (we especially appreciated this after the condo we stayed in in Maui days before).
This condo had everything you needed for your stay, right down to some kids toys which my two girls were extremely happy about.
Check in process was easy because clear instructions were sent.
We enjoyed sitting on the lanai watching the ocean and the sunset. Even saw some whales!
