If you have more than 8 people, we will add a service fee of $40 per night per additional person for additional beds, futons, linens, towels, etc. Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation. Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.
