This was a great location, not far from the beach and close to the pool. Peek-a-boo ocean views from the lanai. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The unit was clean and comfortable. Communication and check in was easy. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Mahalo for allowing us to stay in your paradise home!
We loved our stay here. We especially loved the proximity to Kam III beach and the pool - both very family friendly. We could also walk to get shave ice and Acai bowls, which were a hit.
Great location just across the street from Kam III beach and being a ground floor condo was fantastic for our kids for easy access to the grassy grounds and close to the pool. The condo had everything our family of 4 needed for prepping food and enjoying our time at the beach. Would recommend this location and unit!

The condo was clean and fulfilled our needs. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, sand toys and boogie boards but it did take us a while to find them all. Updates are being made to the suite so would definitely book again to see the changes.

The apartment was well equipped overall, good size for 2-4 people.
Location was great, near by beautiful beaches and restaurants.
We loved watching the sunset in front of the condo, and enjoyed the small terrace with garden view for breakfast.
Pool and spa are also big and nice.

Wow….what a resort! Beautifully kept up grounds. Great view from our unit. Loved the patio. Ate out there every day at least once. A/C unit was a bit loud, and bathrooms looked a bit worn and were a bit stuffy with no fan in them, but otherwise an extremely comfortable and beautiful place to stay!

We loved the space in this unit, as well as the location in the complex and area of Kihei. The unit itself was a little dated and lacked things like extra hooks in the hall or additional racks in the bathroom for towels, swimsuits etc so they could hang to dry. The location made it worthwhile because of the great lanai, being near the pool, or a short walk to the beach.

We really enjoyed the location and property of this rental. The proximity to the beach, the amenities in the resort, and overall location were fantastic. All the employees were helpful and great to interact with. The condo had our basic needs met, however it was not clean at all upon arrival. The coffee pot had grounds and coffee left in the bottom, the towels and sheets has spots and stains on them, and the bathrooms were not clean. We found a used bar of soap in one shower and water/toothpaste splattered on the mirrors. There were also numerous items provided in the kitchens, closets, and bathrooms that were dirty, but we did not use them. Due to this we would stay at this resort again, but would likely choose a different unit.

Perfect location in Kihei! Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, right across the street from a beautiful park and beach (Kamaole III), great pool area, very friendly staff. This particular unit could use a little bit of updating/TLC but overall a great condo with the essentials. Would definitely recommend!
The location of the property is its biggest selling feature!! The unit was what we needed but for the price it could use some touch ups. Just a little dated and well worn in a few areas but otherwise easy check in and out and overall a good experience.
