Terrible communication. I had a family emergency and my wife and baby couldn’t make the trip. I never received an answer on a refund and was told the owner doesn’t speak to guest. I even had a medical letter from the doctor about travel being unsafe for my baby. Never received the key to the Lanai.Dirty dishes put away in drawers.Water from Shower head sprayed poorly.Bathroom floor damaged.Quiet hours at 10pm. No music by the pool.
One of the best appointed units we have stayed at in Kamaole Sands property. Kitchen, beach amenities were all top notch, nicely updated decor, great layout functionally, overall an amazing unit. Would for sure stay here again on future trips.
Was a nice condo
The extras alone are worth it. They have so much extra for the beach, easy instruction in the home, the locations is a walk out right to the pool, beach and bbq- we loved it. We didn’t use the pull out, but the master bed felt smaller than a queen, but so comfy.
Overall we were happy with this place, it was nicely decorated and very clean, there were lots of beach towels and the kitchen was well supplied. However a more useful/accurate description of the property would be great. There's no way this suite sleeps 4 comfortably because the pull-out sofa bed is really uncomfortable (my husband slept on it one night and could feel the bars through the mattress) and I think the queen bed in the bedroom is actually a double - it seemed small. Fortunately we found another mattress under the bed and pulled that out. There is a dishwasher but it's not very good so you either have to clean half the dishes afterwards or do a half-clean before you put anything in. There's laundry but bring your own detergent because there wasn't any in the suite. There was no information given in the ad about beach supplies and when I called they said there was an umbrella and four beach chairs, however there's a lot more - coolers, a wheelie cart for bringing your supplies to the beach, boogie boards, snorkels. Hopefully they will update the ad. Supplies are in the cupboard off the lanai. Other "good to know" info is that there are two chairs on the lanai, two chairs at the kitchen table and two bar chairs. It was all very comfortable but you cannot have a family dinner all seated at the same table.
The condo was well equipped and secure.
