We’ve stayed at Kona Isle many times since we started making our annual trip to Hawaii. The ocean front location and wonderful shady beach area is restful and rejuvenating. Kona Coast Vacations is a great property manager. They are very responsive and accommodating. We’ll be back!

Our stay was very nice. A few suggestions -
The shower head and 1/2 shower door was different. The floors were always wet and difficult to get a 'good' shower. Strange not to have a bathroom fan.
Additional TV Instructions, other than local TV, would have been helpful.
Washer/Dryer instructions would have been helpful. Strange that it would take 3 hours to do one load. Not sure about the hole behind the washer/dryer, but we did end up with one cockroach.
Instructions for the dishwasher would have also been helpful. We handwashed everything and never needed the dishwasher. It was at your request to run it.
The homeless encampment was a bit uncomfortable at first but we learned to deal with it.
Very disappointed that there was not a recycling location on the premises.
ALL in all D1 was wonderful and we would rent it again.
Great ground floor, corner unit facing the water. Walk right out to the shore line, tables and chairs, BBQ grills. Kitchen has everything you need as far as pots, pans and utensils, coffee maker and Keurig.
Great condo. Loved the view, location, and the grounds. Definitely recommend for a couple!
The condo is small but perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable and the property management company was very good with communication. The location is great about a mile down the road from all the shops etc in Kona.
At times parking in Kona can be difficult.
Only minor drawback was there's only AC in the living room so without using a fan, it's hard to get the bedroom as cool. There was a minor issue with the washer dryer but again the management company took care of everything.
We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and had a nice feel to it. The outside area is amazing and you can’t beat the view!
