Beautiful home and view. Within 20 minutes of many great restaurants, farmers markets, and beaches. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool was nice to cool down in. Would definitely come back to this home.

What an incredible home! The views are amazing. We stayed on the 4th of July and watched the fireworks from the house. The home was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with any utensils you may need. Would definitely recommend!
Nice and clean and great location
The house was beautiful and the perfect location for all the activities we had planned. The pictures included on the listing did not do the view justice, it was incredible and felt like the ocean was only a few yards away. Getting to watch the sunset every day from the patio over the water made our honeymoon unforgettable! One minor thing, the bed was very uncomfortable, it was very firm and we had to take pillows from all of the other rooms to get comfortable since there is only two non-decorative pillows on each bed. I think upgrading to a more comfortable master bed and providing far more pillows would make this house perfect! (Pillows were in the closet but no additional pillow cases were available that we were able to find.) Also for anyone who really hates bugs, the windows do not actually seal closed and the screens are not installed to be flush to the window so there are little gnats everywhere and its impossible to get rid of them. Further, the pool light is on all night attracting them so the surface of the pool is littered with them every morning. We ended up not using the pool because having to constantly clean it was not something we were interested in doing. Lastly, the grill really needs to be replaced, it was really unusable during our stay. Other than that, the landscaping was beautiful, the kitchen was amazing and perfectly stocked with everything we needed, and the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. We would definitely book this property again!
Best vacation rental ever! Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The ammonites were top notch and had all the comforts of home. The house had everything you could want from items in the kitchen to pool and beach supplies. All the furniture was super comfortable and every bedroom was its own little escape. The views at sunrise and sunset were breathtaking! We had most meals on the patio and enjoyed the weather and views while building lifetime memories. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!
A wonderful home made for a fantastic vacation: great location, property in great condition, well-equipped kitchen, lovely swimming pool. Everything we had hoped for during the final vacation with our daughter before she heads to college this fall.
We had a wonderful stay. House and the views were gorgeous. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Even better was the garage with boogie boards, chairs, snorkeling equipment, which were all in great shape. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful with endless ocean views.
Master bath and bedroom were stunning. Short drive to a number of beautiful beaches. Would recommend Kua Bay beach and bring the boogie boards and snorkeling equipment for an amazing day riding the waves and swimming with tropical fish and turtles. Go early though as the parking gets filled up.
Really quite convenient to and from KOA airport as well.
We stayed for 21 days and the house and location were great for an in depth visit to the big island of Hawaii. The sunsets were awesome! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks!
