We had a lovely stay, the property is beautiful and very clean! Stunning views of the ocean and the laundry room was a massive bonus, especially as it is kitted out of its body boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs etc! A great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Just an FYI, the toaster could do with being replaced but no complaints from us at all. Thanks for having us.
Clean, spacious with amazing views. Property manager was great in communication and accommodated our check out request which made for a comfortable week long stay.
We had a fantastic experience staying at this home. It truly made the vacation. The space very clean, well appointed, and equipped with everything needed to make the stay easier. It also had a variety of recreational items that made going to the beach or anywhere on the island stress-free. All of that, combined with the views from the porch and the quiet neighborhood made the stay both cozy and relaxing. The photos of the space accurately reflect how amazing it is, and we felt it was a rare find among vacation homes. Can’t wait to come back sometime in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here! I was a little nervous about no AC but being up the mountain it was beautiful. When we lost power for a short time they immediately reached out to us to keep us informed. If I’m ever back on the big island again I will definitely stay here again. My nephew loved our friendly balcony geckos.
This place is amazing. Modern and beautiful. The lanai was amazing. Loved this beautiful place. We could hear the upstairs tenants walking around late at night, but that was minor. It’s like a rainforest getaway with beautiful views.
We stayed 4 nights and explored various Kona-side beaches and hikes from this location each day. Exactly as pictured and described. We would definitely stay again if returning to the Big Island.

Very clean! Perfect size for family of 4 to come back to and rest every evening after going out to explore the island every day. Very convenient to airport. Very relaxing front porch and very well stocked with all our needs. Great selection of beach chairs and swimming gear for us to use while staying as well! Highly, highly, highly recommend this place. Thanks again for helping us make great memories on our first trip to Hawaii!!
Beautiful! Very clean, roomy, and inviting. Beds are super comfortable with top notch bedding. The closets are roomy and come with plenty of hangers. Large living area with great furnishings. The kitchen is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Although beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a little soft-sided cooler are available, chairs are older, one of the umbrellas was broken (which we didn't find out until trying to set it up on the beach), and the cooler was ripped. Boogie boards were great. Still, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.
This is a wonderful place. Everything was as described. Clean, modern with a great view over the ocean! We can highly recommend and would rebook whenever we come back to big island.
My family and I had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The morning sunrises, and evening sunsets off the massive deck/porch were unbelievable.We stayed in the lower unit of the two - but didn’t even notice the upstairs neighbors. It was incredibly clean, newly renovated, and well equipped for us to cook dinners in when we weren’t out on the town. Not too far from town, not too far from our favourite beach. The host had also provided a lot of great beach equipment (snorkels, boards, umbrella, chairs) that we used almost on a daily basis.Only regret is that we didn’t book this for our entire trip. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re on the island.

Property is clean and modern- feels very peaceful. In great location-15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Porch was beautiful. This is as advertised.
Fit our families needs perfectly! Great view, host was very responsive, and the beach gear was a nice added bonus. We stayed in the lower level, it can get a little noisy depending who’s upstairs, but overall it wasn’t an issue for us.
The unit was very airy, spacious and the view spectacular.No consideration for the experience seemed spared. Location was great, when hot days ran too hot on the coast, escaping to the rental was a fantastic cool down with vibrant sunsets. The kitchen was well supplied, bathroom too. We could not be more pleased.

Modern, clean design unit with fabulous views. Watching the sunrise and sunset from a covered deck that runs the whole length of the place is the best part of the house. Kitchen supplies were fine and beds were comfortable. Being up the hill from the coast keeps the place cool without needing a/c or fans. I just wish thee were dimmers on all the lights so it wasn’t so bright at night. Would definitely stay here again.
This property exceeded my expectations! The home was lovely and the outside deck was simply perfect. The host was very responsive, and we loved being able to watch the sun set from the front deck. Fabulous property all around!
We we overwhelmed when we walked into the property. It was absolutely beautiful. Every detail has been thought out and beyond what one would expect. The apartment was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The view from the oversized balcony was worth the price of admission alone.
Not only did they supply beach towels and chairs, but also umbrellas and even beach toys specifically for kids. There were TV's in both bedrooms - although not sure why one would stay home when they could be out exploring the island. We would highly recommend this property as it was a 5 star stay.

Overall our stay was fine. The thing that caught us off guard was the noise in the neighborhood with lots of traffic up and down the steep hill, and the amount of critters and insects making noise 24/7. That's just the nature of tropical climates I suppose, but without AC in the home, windows/doors had to be left open for a breeze, and with that, all the noise from the outside. Sleeping was a little challenging but the house itself was very well kept and clean. No fan in the bathroom for shower and such. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use though! And having laundry on-site was handy. Overall good stay.

Really appreciated the hospitality of our host. She was super responsive and they provided a very clean very comfortable home in a great location overlooking Kona. We loved the sound of the frogs at night. The altitude of that location it really cools off nice at night and you can sleep really well. The kitchen was well equipped, clean, and very nicely designed. The bathroom Was great and everything worked really well. It was so great to have all the comfort of home nearly and it’s such a great price! Thank you so so much for sharing your home with our family!!!
