This is a beautifully appointed property. Tastefully remodled fairly recently. The property funiture and carpets as well as bathroom grout need a good cleaning. The water pressure is horrible,Upon check in the A/C was not working and itt took an entire day to get that corrected.There was a misunderstanding about stairs that the management property missed, landing us with this unit and stairs. The were not able to offer other options on staying. However, I have to stay that the management company employees were wonderful and offered much help during our stay, It is difficult for me to give a 4 star rating, because we loved the unit and view, but there were a few issues that were finally resolved.If you don't mind stairs and low water pressure this is a beautiful place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay and this location.
Nice lanai with ground floor unit. Clean remodeled kitchen. Ice-maker in refrigerator door worked well. Beds were too soft for our preference. Online listing should have warned about loud coqui frogs singing at night. Also there were no extra plastic garbage bags to line the garbage cans, no extra toilet paper or paper towels and when we asked for these supplies they weren't delivered until the last day of our stay. In the meantime we had to purchase these supplies that should have been included at the unit. For these reasons we would not stay at this unit again

The property was nice and clean. Newly renovated. The beds were all nice and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with amenities. There was also spices, tea, coffee etc. The management company was good. Great location nice pools. Condo also had great beach chairs, tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles. The only thing I would like to have seen are more wine glasses and champagne flutes. We did not use the glasses that were in the china .cabinet.

We have just returned from a week's vacation on the Big Island, and the property we rented through Knutson & Associates was fantastic. The location right on the golf course was awesome and gave us spectacular sunset views each evening. The 2 bedroom apartment had everything that we needed, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. If we are back in Kona we will definitely look at renting this property again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at #115 at Country Club Villas. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The view from the lanai was great. The entire property and parking area was in great shape. We would certainly recommend Country Club Villas and KNutson & Associates to all our friends.
We have stayed in this unit several times and it has always been terrific. With the recent updates it makes the property even more attractive. The hosts are easy to work with and attentive when needed. Highly recommend this property.

We spent a month in this country club villas condo with our elderly parents and it couldn’t have been better! First, having Knutsen & Assoc as the property mgr is a definite plus! They ensure your check-in is flawless, reach out to you periodically to make sure everything is OK, and when the roller shade on the lanai wasn’t working, they sent someone the very next day and got it fixed!It has a beautiful view of the ocean, breakfast, lunch and sunset dinners! We prepare meals at home 95% of the time and the kitchen was so well equipped with everything we could possibly want for cooking and bbq. Lots and lots of beach and bath towels and bed linens. 3 beautiful pools, designated parking, comfy furniture and beds, and Grocery and Drugstore within walking distance. 10 out of 10 !
Our condo was lovely with everything we needed to enjoy Hawaii. We loved playing pickle ball each morning and cooling down while enjoying the beautiful view from the pool. Rental agency was great at communicating and answering any questions.

Great location - very close to Kona downtown. My family was coming without beach gear and fortunately for us this location provided beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. There is a hot tub at the property which is where we would spend our time in the evenings after a long day of fun. Area is quiet- no issues with neighbors or anyone on the property. Very convenient for families and the patio area was lovely for morning breakfasts.

Located on the 18th hole, looking west over the Pacific, we had incredible sunsets every night. Our unit was recently beautifully renovated, modern, very clean and comfortable. Close to golfing, beaches, restaurants and lovely walks. The property managers were very helpful and available if needed. We had a lovely vacation!
