Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.

Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There is a hairdryer in the bathroom
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.

Kona Country Club Villas is a beautiful and well maintained gated condominium community in the Keauhou Area of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located south of Kailua-Kona town on the ocean in the heart of Keauhou. Keauhou Shopping center with grocery shopping and restaurant also very close by.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This condo is in a great location. You can walk to a shopping center with restaurants, grocery store and shopping. The condo was clean, quiet and backs up to a golf course with a view of the ocean.

A great space to call home while on the big island. This unit had all the conveniences of home and the three pools were a huge bonus.

We have visited Keauhou many times…love the area. This property is great - lovely lanai, great pools and tennis/pickleball courts. This unit is well maintained and has been partially updated. If looking to come to the Big Island - Country Club Villas is a wonderful place to stay.
