Condo would be perfect if there was airconditioning throughout!
Close to beaches, shops, restaurants, ands more beaches! The ocean view over the golf course was beautiful and made for awesome sunsets. The management staff were excellent as well, great communication before check-in and then very responsive when any issues came up. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
It’s such a cute place but the furniture is very old and crowded. The view is incredible. Had some service issues which were somewhat rectified.The biggest issue was the incessant amount amount of noise from the upstairs unit. Not a fault of the unit itself, but feedback nonetheless.
My husband and I were so happy to find that this beautiful condo was available and booked it for a month. Unfortunately, my husband had to have emergent surgery and was unable to fly for a month or so post-procedure. The owners and management have been incredible to deal with and I am so grateful that we will be able stay at the condo later this year. We have stayed at Country Club Villas before and absolutely love the property and area! I really enjoyed the sunsets, the pools, and the feeling of community. Again, we are so very grateful to the owners and management! Looking forward to our stay, even if it was a little postponed! Thank you again!

Pros: location, close to pool, beautiful view on balcony, unit is clean and comfortable. Unit had all the basic necessities and even beach chairs, towels, and scuba gear which was great!
Cons: one 3 separate occasions we found an occasional cockroach. Once on balcony, once in utensil drawer, and once in bathroom. Not a huge deal for us, but may be for someone else. That’s why we did not give it 5 stars. Also, the place was HOT almost all the time despite follow the directions. We ended up just accepting that it’s just the way it is. We are also from Seattle so not used to the warmer climate.
We absolutely loved this unit. Very very clean, large windows/sliding doors, fully equipped. It has AC but we did not use it except the first night, as just keeping the sliding doors open and using the ceiling fans made our stay very comfortable in August. You can walk in with no stairs involved, pool and hot tub are right next to it and tennis court a short walk away. Large shopping center 2 minutes away driving lets you get anything you might need (as well as a weekly free hula show!). Great ocean view and great sunsets. Only thing it is not next to a beach but anyway we preferred the white sand beaches on the northern side of the island than the rocky ones near Kailua-Kona. Would definitely stay again in it ! Oh and everything you might need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, snorkel equipment, cooler) is already provided.
Nice quiet location, pool was very handy.
Some nicer towels nice and better spatulas for the nonstick pans.
I would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our 3 weeks at Dawn & Ismael's lovely condo. Country Club Villas is perfectly located, away from the busyness of Kona. The property is well maintained & quiet. We looked forward to our daily suppers on the lanai watching the beautiful sunsets & appreciating nature. The condo offers all the comforts of home including a BBQ, washer & dryer & a variety of cooking supplies. I was also impressed by the responsiveness of the Property Management staff & the complimentary treats were a nice touch. Mahalo for sharing your beautiful home. We hope to return again soon.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Clean and comfortable for 4 adults. A little more lighting or larger bulbs would help in the bedrooms and living room/dining area and luggage stands would be nice!! Mahalo!

A perfect place to celebrate a birthday with family. Great kitchen, and comfortable living room. A grill on your own lanai is the best, and big comfortable table to seat for. Comfortable beds also. Didn’t even need the air conditioning. The hosts were wonderful and the goodies such a nice welcome. We were delighted with the beautiful print you gifted to my husband for his 70th birthday, complete with a hand-written note.
We will return for sure.
