BEFORE BOOKING, KINDLY UNDERSTAND:
1) The condo entrance is up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator.
2) The stairs to the loft (second bedroom and bath) are narrow and steeper than normal stairs, with only a partial banister.
3) The ceiling in the loft is low with a beam at 5'8". It's best for kids, or short folk like me!
4) Although there are plenty of fans, there is no air conditioning.
5) This is a no smoking / no candles property.
6) Condo association rules have a strict limit of four guests (including children) for this unit.
7) Without prior arrangements, check-in time is no sooner than 4:00 pm and check out no later than 10:00 am.
8) There is a security camera on the front porch. It DOES NOT monitor anything inside the condo.
