We found this condo a couple of years ago and liked it so much we chose it for our visit in August of 2025, and will definitely be back.
This was our second stay at Kona Coast. We had the best time. The drive into Kona only takes 12 minutes on beautiful Alii dr with ocean sites all the way! The pool and outside restaurant area is fabulous! The food is outstanding, the bar and wait staff treat you like family. The property is perfectly maintained. We found the condo itself,very nice. The view off the lanai was great! The kitchen had everything we needed The interior was large and felt like home.
We were never informed that the quiet pool would be closed for resurfacing. This was the main reason we booked this resort. It was known by the owners of the condo and resort for months. We feel we should have been notified that we were not getting all of the amenities that we paid for. We tried to make the most of it and asked for some lounge chairs to be added to the middle spa area and we were refused twice. Each time we went to the middle spay we had to deal with young people jumping the gate of the spa and bringing alcohol. We ended up giving up on having a peaceful experience. We also had a cockroach infestation. We killed dozens. Some as large as 2" from head to tail. The tenant above us was stomping from one end of her condo to the other from 6 am to midnight every day. So loud we thought someone was in our own condo. The wifi never worked. It was broken from day one. Ultimately, this will be our last stay at this resort.
We loved our stay here. The place is perfect with the large open family room and lanai. We enjoyed our time at the pool and beaches and appreciated the small ice chest, beach towels and chairs that were provided for us in this unit. We would definitely come back!Much Aloha!
The villa was large and spacious. We had everything we needed for dinner in. No ac was not an issue during our December stay. Property manager was helpful and responsive. Lanai was amazing with a great partial view of the ocean. Pool and pool bar were great!
Very comfortable, well stocked, comfortable bed, great view and lanai. Having an ice maker was nice! Nice pools and grounds. Was so nice we hated to leave. We would definitely stay again.
The bed was very comfortable, it got very hot during the day but cooled down at night for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was fantastic.
No air conditioning, lots of stairs. fixtures could stand some updating.
I LOVED that there were so many swimming pools and hot tubs. The quiet pool was my favorite. Super relaxing !!!

Pool, jacuzzis and tennis courts were nice to have on site. Grocery and other stores are walkable along with some beaches. It’s plenty of space for a couple. The unit could use some cleaning especially all light switches and walls around switches. The place smells like a musty basement but open the doors and it gets better. Only one and half rolls of tee pee seems silly. Never ever ran out at any other vrbo or another short term rental app. View from lanai includes road and parking areas. All said, nice spot and mostly well equipped holiday home. Mahalo.
This property was very inviting. My husband and I and are two children under two years old. Had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable and enjoyed all the feature's The condo had to offer. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again.
This is my favorite place in Kona, as it has spacious living room as well as Lanai, it is clean, conveniently located as it is very close to the Keauhou shopping center so that I can go to the supermarket, drugstore, restaurants and takeaway very easily. there are welcome packages of shampoo, conditioner, body cream, soap, dishwashing soap, washing machine detergent which were enough for my stay. Coffee filters were in the one of the drawers in the kitchen. Some sources in the fridge that could be from previous occupants Although there is no airconditioning but fans, it gets cool in the morning and evening and usually I am out during the daytime so it was comfortable for me. Owner can be reached by phone easily and she is quick to respond, which is also good as I don't have to worry about if something happens. It is nice to lay on the chair in Lanai mornings and late afternoon and you can see the ocean as well. Hope to come back again.
This condo is perfectly located and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the lanai is beautiful. The resort is quiet with lovely pools. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella to enjoy the local beaches. The location is near great beaches, downtown restaurants, walking paths and shopping. It was a perfect week.
