We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for going to the beach; we especially appreciated the lanai as well. Thank you Leslie!!

The condo was wonderful! Clean, convenient to Keauhou Bay, and the A/C in the bedroom a plus. The lanai and BBQ were great for staying in. Close to grocery. Thank you!! We will be back.
We quite enjoyed our stay! Leslie provided so many nice touches, from boogie boards and beach chairs to the bbq on the lanai. It was an especially relaxing visit that felt like home.
This unit was in a near perfect location for us, close to the KTA shopping center, beaches, and the access road south toward Captain Cook.The condo was clean, well stocked with basics, and had a very nice lanai with a large grill and plenty of outdoor seating.Leslie, the property manager, was quick to answer a couple questions we had early on and assist with the onsight cable access that had recently changed throughout the complex.We had 10 great days here and would definately look to stay here on our next trip to the Big Island.
This property was so special. The condo is beautifully decorated with carefully chosen original art, lovely furniture, and coordinated kitchen ware. Everything was top of the line and every piece of equipment, appliances, pans, glasses, pans, knives were included. Leslie has amazing taste. The complex is very quiet and it has a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Also located 5 minutes from a market and several good restaurants. We have stayed in many VRBO places and this one in this price range was by far the nicest one. We will stay again.
We had a fabulous time here. The grill was a great touch and we loved the views from the living room and lanai. Slightly off the beaten path which was great because we were able to avoid all of the traffic in the town center. It was a quick left after wntering the property. We wpuld love to stay again!and it
We have stayed in Kona at 3 different properties and a hotel and this recent property was by far the best. Very clean and spacious with everything provided. The quiet pool was only about 200 yds away and was well looked after and clean. The grounds were kept immaculate.Our three weeks was made very special because of this property and we are discussing when we will return and for a month or two next time. It is also close to shops for groceries.
Clean and pretty, exceptionally well stocked with the basics. No beach access and marginal pool and grounds are my only negatives.
We loved the complex with its great access to pool, hot tub, and other on site recreation. It was walking distance up the hill to coffee shop, groceries, and other amenities. The condo itself was excellent for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
