The property was accurately described and had all the amentities needed for our stay. The location was great and close to the beach and within 15 min of the airport. The beds were comfortable and it was spacious for our group.

Great place to rent. We were very impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was since we cooked a lot there. We also appreciated all the water "toys" and beach equipment. It is a very nice apartment.
We enjoyed our stay. Condo is conveniently located with short drive to downtown Kona and all beaches.
Perfect for what we needed. Lovely sunrise views and nice to have a pool and cookout evening! Coffee and tea in walking distance. Kona is a nice walk in to town and beach access. Snorkel in 5 minutes! Farmers markets galore!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Kona. It had a wonderful spot to watch the sunset each evening and close to good beaches We love Hawaii and it was a good place to call home
We enjoyed stay, and would come back again. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The complex is very clean and quiet, with a great ocean view.

We splurged and stayed in a two bedroom condo so our daughter could have her own bedroom. This property was definitely worth it! It was spacious, very clean and extremely well stocked! There were plenty of beach toys, snorkel gear and beach towels for everyone. The chairs overlooking the ocean were amazing for sunset views, and the rocks in front were fun for exploring the tide pools- just be careful of the high surf! You have to drive to the beach and most of them are pretty rocky, so I recommend driving to Hapuna beach for that quintessential beach experience. Also Two Step and the national park next door are not to be missed!

Great location to restaurants that stayed open later as the view of sunset right off pool area was ideal. The pool area is quiet and very relaxing after a day at the beach/hiking. the condo had everything you will need and more- appreciated the details such as the welcome basket, non perishables, cookware, and even first aid kit.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

We loved this property! Very quiet, beautiful views, nice amenities. I wouldn’t say it was very “kid friendly” the pool has some pretty intense rules, but we didn’t come for to Hawaii for pools. Very short walk to green flash coffee, we had it almost every morning! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

This Kailua property is in a fantastic location! Just 1 mile south of the Kona Shopping area. An easy walk (if it's not too hot). And, the complex is VERY quiet.
Plenty of beds for sleep. The master bed was very comfortable. We rented, specifically because there was a 2nd king size bed in the other bedroom...I hear that one was not as comfortable.
The kitchen is very well appointed with Keurig brewer, tea pot, and loads of pots and pans and utensils for cooking! Lots of spices in the cupboard, as well. Great view of the sunset from the pool area.
We could have used another comfy chair in the living room, since we had a party of 4, but other than that, excellent!
Through Evolve, we found that the fees/taxes added on was substantial, so keep that in mind. The overall price per night was closer to $300.
We would definitely rent this unit again! Loved all of the beach gear, including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, zip up cooler. We used these every day...it was a God-send!

This was a great place to stay! We had our issues with Evolve when we had to reschedule our stay due to COVID but we worked it out and once we got there it was great!
We arrived in the dark and it was raining so that was a little difficult. They could do a better job of describing the parking. Basically enter through the gate and turn left. Find a place to park and then go find your building number and room. Several wagons around to haul stuff is very helpful. The unit was clean and very similar to what is pictured. We couldn't make the TV work but that wasn't a problem really. We booked over a year and a half ago and are so glad we finally got our vacation in. It was wonderful! Thank you.

The AC placement was not ideal but it looked like all the other units had a similar issue and it seemed like a complex rule. The fans definitely help move the cool air around. We had two older children in our party (14 & 10) and the elderly residents around the complex complained about their “noise” often. They were just a couple of kids trying to enjoy their Hawaii vacation. There were lots of signs instructing visitors to be quiet and turn off your car alarm and respect the rights of the full-time residents. We followed all the rules. If they are so unhappy that some units are vacation rentals, they should take it up with the owners of those units and not harass the guests. The host was excellent and the unit was great, but will chose a different complex next time.

Great location, nice accommodations. A bit of an issue with initial Evolve emails, but straightened out and everything worked out great.
