when we walked in the property, it was not cleaned and it was in the same state the previous people left it. Had to unfortunately book an hotel end time with surcharge pricing. The owner and vrbo support was not helpful. Overall frustating experience!
Love the location. Joshua's is incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. Only downside was the air conditioning for a couple days was low on refrigerant so the condos warm. But Joshua took care of that. Furniture in the condo is a bit outdated. But the location compensated for that.
The place was beautiful. Stunning mountain and ocean views from the condo. It was so tranquil to sip coffee in the morning and then have a sunset dinner on the balcony. Parking was great. Beach access was simple. I would stay there again!

The location was great and the unit had everything we needed. We selected this unit because it had an elevator and we had 2 people with bad knees. It turned out that the elevator didn’t go to the top, which we were on. We had to haul luggage up the last 10 stairs and had to navigate the stairs every time we came and went.
The location couldn't have been more perfect. We walked to Magic Sands beach each night to see the sunset. Just a 20 minute drive to all the excursions we booked (snorkeling with manta rays, deep sea fishing, snorkeling at capt. cooks cove). 5 minute drive to the grocery store. There was plenty of beach gear for all 6 of us to borrow (boogy boards, beach chairs, snorkels, etc.). And the wrap around deck was fantastic! Great host, and great rental.

This was our first visit to the Big Island. This condominium is well located and the common areas of the complex are well maintained i.e. pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball areas. We could easily drive to the grocery store, walk down to the Magic Sands beach and enjoy the restaurant and coffee bar nearby. The children, ages 6 & 4, were able to play in the sand on the beach and we enjoyed watching the high surf our first week. There are better swimming/play areas within close driving distance.The unit is well supplied with the essentials and well maintained. The washer/dryer were amazing! The outside decks were really nice.We enjoyed our stay, found activities easily accessible and recommend this location and property to others considering a visit to this area. Thank you.
Loved the location and the space was perfect for us and our 4 teenagers. Pool was a good alternative when the tide was high - always could find a chair to use. Location was perfect- close to DT and shopping (3.5 mile walk), great running and easy access to main roads.
It's a great place to stay in a really nice location close to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice ocean view.

The property was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the lanai and the pool area the most. Very easy check in and check out. Exceeded expectations. Truly right across street from lovely family beach. Condo was super clean with comfortable decorator inspired furnishings and art. Hotel quality linens and towels. Condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time there: fully equipped kitchen, placemats, paper towels, detergent, condiments, coffee, tea, shampoo, blowdryers, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, beach umbrellas, tennis racquets. Complex has lovely pool and BarBQ grills. Huge wrap around lanai. I wondered abbot placement of futon sofa on lanai. It was placed to watch sunrise... Great place.
Our family of four found this property to be a perfect place for us to explore the Big Island. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. We appreciated having the basics like spices and condiments. The snorkel and beach gear worked great for us to take a quick 5 minute drive down the road for great snorkeling. You can also snorkel across the street, but Kahalu’u Beach Park was much better with an outer wall creating calmer waters. Our teens loved that they got to spot sea turtles in the water there.
The beds were comfortable. Our daughter loved being able to sleep on the lanai. The bathrooms were well stocked.
The tennis courts were in great shape and the pool area was very nice as well.
We would stay there again if we make it back.
Our family of four had a great time. The location to white sands beach can’t be beat and the property was nice too. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Having beach stuff available in the unit made life much easier for us and packing as well. There are snorkel gear, boogie boards, and towels to name a few things. The wrap around lanai had great views of the volcano and water. We’d stay again.
The condo was perfect for our family. Good gathering and alone spaces. Nice pool, good kitchen supplies, many towels and toys.

We loved our stay! The property was perfect for us, our 2 kids, and my parents who joined us. Magic sands beach is so convenient and the kids loved it. A quick drive to lots of great snorkeling spots nearby. The wrap around deck was great for relaxing in the evenings and mornings. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and had a BBQ one night with fresh fish. Highly recommend! Also, tons of beach toys for kids and beach gear.

The property is in an awesome location but it could be so much better. Linens and towels were so old, stained, and dated. The draws and cupboards and closets need cleaned out. The showers still had hair from previous guest and were in need of some deep cleaning. Replace your masking tape notes with labels and you'll really class up the place for your guests. It definitely has potential. Location couldn't of been better and parking was convenient as well. Great lanai, we made friends with a gecko who loved scrambled eggs.

Great Condo, the lanai (porch) is huge and awesome. Two of us slept outside every night. AC was great and cooled down very fast. Kitchen was great, we made breakfast every day. Beach in August was awesome. Busy mid day but we swam there every morning and evening. I would stay here again if we come back to Kona.

Josh was a great host, he answered all questions promptly. The location and views of this property are unbelievable. The pool area and outdoor facilities are amazing. The condo was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints would be with some of the dishes pots and pans, they could definitely use an update and the carpets are extremely worn. I would stay at this complex again it is incredible.

Condo is ok but we have seen cleaner. Pool key was missing and we could not use pool or bbq on our first day. We could not reach the owner. Many dead birds on the balcony when we arrived and clim had been off for quite a while because it was crazy hot and it took 24h to make it comfortable. Great pool.
