Very well stocked kitchen. Everything worked Check-in was easy and accommodating. The decks are fabulous!
This is one of those places that is a true gem! (I mean you don’t want others to know how great it is…because you don’t want to share). That said - there is SO MUCH to love about this rental! It’s RIGHT ON WATER! They weren’t kidding, you can toss a rock and hit the rocky, moody, wonderfully splashy beach! Tide pools were plentiful. Do I want to swim and snorkel right there? No! BUT that’s not why you are there…let’s face it, Kona (as a whole) is not a place where you “drop and dive” into the water! BUT, OMG the water from this condo! It’s amazing! We spent every morning and evening on the Lani! First with a cup of coffee (great maker inside and provided coffee for the first bit)….and then in the evening with a beverage of choice. OMG - the water, the sunset..*chef’s kiss”. Okay - then practical things: Full size washer/dryer - the place is within walking distance to: Da Poke Shack. (We went’ twice!” The Taco stand…..(just do yourself a favor and get the Beria tacos…buy them ALL - we went 3 times! OMG! OH! And the farmer’s market!!! They had fresh pineapple, mango…even banana bread! 2 minute walk! AWESOME. Okay - - so then the other way up the road to the Market/farmer’s market…. Yes, it’s a little further…and still worth the walk! We found this market that was ALL THAT! One vendor we went back to 3 times! They had balsamic stuff, rice, tea, treats. (Love this guy!). FIND HIM! Ok - running out of room. This house was AWESOME! Just do it! Perf

This property was ideal for our family of 6 for our 5 day stay in Hawaii. The ocean is right off of the patio. Great proximity to restaurants, excursions, etc. Host was very responsive and gracious. We Hope to return!

As soon as you unlock the door get ready to have your breath taken away! We all said “oh WOW” right when we arrived. The view is amazing. We saw whales and dolphins right from the balcony. The location is great! We like to stay on the south side of Kona and this location is right outside the hustle of Kona but also conveniently close;)
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Peaceful was the word my husband used. This is a great home for any trip . . .a girl's trip with multiple friends, a couple's getaway or a large family trip. I could see doing it all here.

Everything was perfect! The condo was clean, well stocked, outstanding view, wonderful outdoor spaces. Couldn’t ask for anything more..I highly recommend it if your looking for beauty and tranquility on the shores of Kona , Hawaii.
The view was breathtaking. The family spent a lot of time on the Lanai. The property was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The condo was very nice except for a few things. In the kitchen there were a lot of ants on the back kitchen counter. The blinds in the front right bedroom were broken. When we got into the condo, we looked over the information binders that were on the counter for information about our stay. We saw that checkout time was 11:00 PM, which worked out great for our daughter who had a late flight. As we were getting ready to head out the housekeeper arrived to clean the place. We pointed out in the book the checkout time stated. We were told the next group of people were there and waiting for the place to be cleaned. Again, we pointed out the listed checkout time. Once of the managers contacted my daughter and said she had another place she could stay until her flight. They get to the other property, and it was still occupied. Besides the cluster at checkout, we had a good time
We had an amazing 4 night stay. Check in instructions were easy to follow. There is one parking spot, but it was relatively easy to find parking just outside the complex on the street. The house is very clean and updated. The lanai off the first floor was where we spent most of our time. It is close to a small beach with lava rock tidepools but just around the corner to the right is a slightly larger beach that is somewhat protected by lava rock. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the lanai and beach. The kitchen is well-stocked. There are lots of water shoes, beach toys, umbrellas and chairs which we made good use of. The bedrooms are comfortable and the master is huge with a large lanai and loungers. Overall a wonderful stay!

The condo is amazing! It is in a great location, the views from the lanais are magnificent and the home is really well appointed. My husband and I took our 3 adult children, two significant others and a best friend. Everyone had a nice bedroom and we all enjoyed the common spaces. We spent most of our time on the first-floor lanai. The owner’s suite is fantastic. The home had everything we needed. It was very well appointed and organized. Before the trip we received so much high-quality information from the owners that made planning our trip even easier. The location in Kona is perfect. Close to everything and yet once you step into the home, you feel that you have a private beach hideaway. Our only wish was that we could have used both parking spots for the unit. One sat empty the entire time we were there. However, we did not have trouble finding parking on the street. If you are going to Kona, you have to stay in this gorgeous home!

If you want perfect sunsets every night, this is your place. When they said they were 'right on the beach', they weren't kidding.
House is comfortable and as described. Close to downtown and we drove to the harbor everyday to do some diving and not a problem.
Good sized washer/dryer helped us travel very lightly and that was great.
This property is amazing. So close to ocean, feels like we are in a cruise. Will book again whenever we we come to Kona next.

Great property close to all the fun things. There are 2 balconies with spectacular views. The water is “right there” with waves crashing mere feet from the back deck. Great place to enjoy meals on the deck or take pictures. House is furnished in a beach motif with lots of amenities.
Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. perfect kitchen. tidepool access was great. spent most time on the lanais. Upstairs master, and lanai are amazing. Minor glitch with unruly kids utilizing public beach access. would definitely stay again.
This property is just as described. It was beautiful inside and out. We would have gladly stayed longer if we could and would definitely go back. The communication with the host was excellent as well. The area was very nice and all the people we encountered while in the area were friendly as well.

Place was perfect for our family. They had everything we needed for a beach day and cooking meals. Location was also perfect!
We had a fabulous 3 night stay here with our 4 adult children. All rooms were tastefully decorated, large, and perfect for our family. The condo had everything we needed to go to the beach, chairs, coolers, & beach towels. In the evening we enjoyed sitting on the lanai and playing family games with our kids. It’s a great place for large families!
This property was as described in the listing. The view was phenomenal and the cleanliness of the accommodations was spotless. This house gave 7 of our family room to spread out and have our own space. The home is up to date and the primary bedroom has a lanai and a spectacular view of the ocean. They have a large amount of beach accessories that came in handy. Anne was responsive and kind with the questions we had.
A one thing to note (that wasn’t a deal breaker for us): there is only one parking spot. It was challenging to find close parking for the one additional car we had when the beaches were busy since street parking fills up quickly.

Our group of three couples spent 4 days in this beautiful condo on the ocean! The property was exactly as described with plenty of space for all of us both indoors and on the lanai. Furnishings were attractive and comfortable. The location is great... convenient to everything on the western side of the island. The unit is not far from the "pulse" of Kona where you can find shopping and restaurants, but the road is highly traveled and doesn't have sidewalks for most of it. We found driving to "town" was the safest option. Thank you for your hospitality! If our travels bring us back to Kona, we would definitely stay here again!
