Property Description

Welcome to Kona Bali Kai #332! Enjoy ocean views from your lanai at this studio. There is a futon, a window air conditioning unit and a kitchenette. You can walk across the street to the beach or enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ amenities.

Upon entry, there is the living area and the views of blue water from the lanai. There is a queen size bed for guests comfort and a futon. Enjoy the cozy style of this unit and the wall air conditioning or open the lanai doors and soak up the Hawaii weather.

The kitchenette is located by the entry. There is a stocked kitchen with dinnerware, silverware and pots and pans. The bathroom is located off the main living area for privacy. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination and a large closet.

Relax on the lanai and enjoy your ocean view with a cup of Kona coffee in the morning. This property is located on the iconic Alii drive across from the famous Banyans surf beach.

-There is no elevator to get to this unit
-The pool and hot tub area are located across the street in the main building
-The BBQ area is across the street on the beach for guests use

Location terrific as we watched surfers at the local public access out the balcony. Noisy due to heavy surf and highway. Management quickly fixed minor issues. Studio was spacious and clean. Enjoyed sunsets on beach daily just across the road.

Property was well located - just across the street from popular surf spot. Property is older and needs updating, not as nice as online pictures. The deck is small and hard to access because the slider door blinds did not work. It was good place for single person. Price was good.

Too expensive, the curtains are disgusting, property is too old for its price. No toilet papers, no dishwashers. The balcony was not safe. Feels like it's about to fall off
