Had an excellent experience. Comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Location is excellent as well.

Very nice, spacious accomodations though missing a few things. The master bedroom defintely needs a small dresser; not everything can be hung on hangers. Also no pot holders or tongs available. Insulated glasses would be really appreciated as the coasters do not absorb any of the moisture from the glasses. Great views, spacious, well stocked kitchen, and good quality bathroom and bedroom linens.
The room was amazing. Quite complex, which was nice. There is a ourdoor church next to the property which has ourdoor services and Sunday with music. I wasn't expecting that. We were up and ready to go, so the music did not both us. I understand the traffic can get backed up a bit at the 4 way stop after church. There was a sheriff to direct traffic. It was not a problem for us. Would definitely stay again.
Great views of the ocean, whale watching, sunsets. The condesation drain pump for the air conditioners cut on and off a lot. First night it did all night long. Traffic noise is loud. You can get locked out on the lanai if you arent careful. Overall, very clean and

Excellent view and location.
The apartment was well furnished and had amazing views. We spotted eels, turtle in the reef right in front of the apartment. Heartfelt Mahalo to David for arranging our trips and create a memorable vacation. Very prompt customer support as well.
The unit is lovely with great views. Super clean and exactly as advertised. The property manager is extremely helpful and supportive, even helping with sending back some laundry left in the dryer.
My ONLY feedback that’s less than 5 stars is that the overall property is old and extremely run down in places. There is one elevator not close to the unit so we had to carry suitcases up and down stairs. The pool area is not very enticing and the whole property is in need of a refresh.
If you’re able to overlook these things the unit is lovely and the sunsets are amazing. It’s right on the ocean.and air conditioned. Super comfortable.
The unit could use some BASIC things like salt and pepper and things that the average person needs but doesn’t want to have to buy at the grocery store for a few days or a weeks vacation.
Easily could be 5 stars across the board…just a tiny bit short. We had a great time!
The condo was clean and had everything we needed (beach towels, coolers, kitchen supplies, teapot, coffee maker, etc). The view was STUNNING, even better than we thought. We did not see any pests and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nicely done and very comfortable. The building was worn in the underground parking was a little difficult because the spaces were very close together. However, it was nice to have underground parking.
Kona Bali Kai delivered exactly as hoped. The view is incredible, Da Poke Shack is on site. Enjoy Hawaii by day and a prime view of the Pacific from the lanai at your pleasure. The walk to the Kona market center on Ali'i is a little busy but it is flat and has designated pedestrian/bike lanes on both sides.

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. Had plenty of the basic necessities and was well furnished. We would stay here again. We rented a total of 3 units all from different hosts. Our unit was the only one that didn't provide extras like pool noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkels, etc. Since the other rooms had it, it wasn't a big deal, but that addition would make this unit perfect. The small cooler provided was a big help and plenty of ice cube trays to make ice for our day trips. No issues at all with appliances and the fans and air units worked great.
The view is phenomenal! We saw whales almost everyday from our lanai. The unit was a little small for three adults but we still enjoyed it. Very convenient location as well.
