We’ve stayed in quite a few rental condos and this was definitely one of the nicest. It was exceptionally clean, the linens were fresh, and we had everything we needed. It was quite large and spacious. The view was superb. I spent hours on the balcony watching the waves and surfers. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed sitting in the clear, warm water.
The location is great!! The view is fantastic! The layout of the home didn’t offer a lot of privacy but everything else makes up for it. The beach supplies we could borrow were amazing! We had a great time and would love to come stay again.
For whatever reason the primary bath’s shower was not connected to cold water. Older layout/design style offers little privacy in the primary bedroom. The condo was completely stocked with every beach item you could think of, it was absolutely fantastic!! Chairs, snorkels, pfd’s for a variety of sizes, boogie boards, a surfboard!! I even saw sand toys and a cooler. The price at the time of our booking was fantastic- we were able to stay a few more days with how this fit into our budget. Vacasa isn’t my fav booking group, but the local front desk staff were fantastic! (Vacasa allows 3 trash bags for a booking of 5 people & 7 days, but local staff had extras for us.)
The stay was exceptional. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining the property, as their thoughtfulness was apparent in the welcome gift, updated amenities, and additional items for their guests to enjoy, such as snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach toys. It was clear that the owner has taken meticulous care of the property. Sitting out on the lanai watching the surfers, the sea turtles, and the waves crashing on the rocks is a relaxing experience.
The condo is right in the ocean.
We really enjoyed staying here. The view was gorgeous. We woke up to watch dolphins or surfers from the balcony each morning. Space was perfect for the 3 of us.
Property was right on the beach. You could watch surfers every day from the deck and enjoy the watching the waves. There were a lot of close by activities.
We enjoyed staying in this unit. It was close enough to downtown Kona for shopping, eating, and tours, yet far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the centre of town. We loved having the lanai so close to the water. It was great for sunsets, and relaxing listening to the waves. We even got to see a traditional Hawaiian memorial one day and a surf completion another day! The condo had everything we needed, had plenty of room and was quiet.

Lots of items need attention. Smoking from other condo personnel was an issue. Internet connection was also an issue.
