Property was exactly as described, and looked as the pictures. No complaints.
Everything was good and convenient for us. Only thing is we wanted to use the blender but it wasn’t working for us. I’m not sure if it was parts missing? Also some of the towels were a little smelly. Other than that it was great! Thank you!
I had such a lovely time staying at this property.The place looked exactly like the photos, thoughtfully arranged. All the listed amenities were exactly as described - made my stay so much convenient. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and well-maintained. A big thank you to the owner for the warm hospitality and making my stay in Kona Big Island so enjoyable!
This little condo is perfect. The complex is safe and beautiful. Met several people who live there and very nice. Short less than 5 min walk to beaches, shops and restaurants.
The location was very convenient. The picture shows a futon, but it was extremely uncomfortable, so I would not go back myself. If you are 1 person or a couple that can sleep in a qieen bed the place is ok.
Decent place. Downside, floors were gritty & made our feet & socks brownish black. Stove top & oven dirty (had not been cleaned in a good while). Bathroom toilet area smelled of urine & had to open lovered windowsto air out this room. Walls at waist/ chest height were dirty with grime & hand smudges. This condo needed a good cleaning including getting rid of dust bunnies under bed! Sad conditionfor a nice decent place.place.hand/finger smuges
This spot gave us easy access to everything we wanted to see - Manta Rays, beaches, food, etc. We had a great time!

It’s a lovely place! But the bed it’s not comfortable but we love it!!!
The location is great, you could rent this and just walk everywhere and save yourself rental expenses! Bed slept very well, nice and quiet. I will be renting here again
Susana’s property is situated in a great location. Walking distance to shops/restaurants and waterfront. Bed was super comfortable. Outside lanai is nice place to sip coffee and have breakfast in the morning. Amenities basic and functional.
Absolutely great stay and would definitely recommend it. It’s very central an easy to explore Kona from your doorstep. Awesome place I’d definitely stay there again! -Max
