Our Kona Alii condo was wonderful. Just as described. Beautiful views. A/C would have made it perfect, but the fans helped a great deal. Location was perfect for us. So close to many restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere. Will stay here again.

I booked this condo for my husband's birthday and it was absolutely PERFECT! Beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and it was in a perfect location. I would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.
The apartment is comfortable, The picture is nice but misleading, it does'nt show the street under the buildingwhich is very noisy. kind of disappointing.
We wanted to be right in town and this spot was perfect. The lanai and view is breathtaking. Great communication from the property manager too.

Loved my stay here. Could easily see myself coming back again. If I had to point out anything negative, there are just a handful of complaints that are worth mention. The bedroom toilet was not cleaned properly upon arrival (was urine on top of seat). A/C would have been a nice option a couple of nights that were a little warm but not a deal breaker. One night when I went to bed there was a very large cockroach on the top of headboard. And last, I'm shocked the clothes dryer cannot be vented outdoors. It just added to the heat inside the property when already warm. There was no exhaust screen on the vent either which is why there was quite a bit of lint in the closet. I want to emphasize that my review is in effort to help you improve which is what I assumed was your hope to get from the requested review. I really did enjoy my stay!
The views are outstanding and the room was very nice. We did have issues with the ceiling fans not working properly so we had to request floor fans and eventually oscillating fans for the bedroom. Communication was all over the place with different hosts, make sure you ask who you're speaking with.
Overall it was a great accomodation with a fabulous view of the ocean however noisy at times due to the location .A second set of keys would have been helpful for our visiting guests and ourselves.
The Condo was beautiful and fully appointed. The master bed and the murphy bed were comfortable. The location is excellent. Would stay here again!!
All shredded, extremely dangerous. When I contacted them they said thanks, a new one is on order.made no attempt to come up and remove so we wouldn’t potentially Fall.Kitchen faucet very hard to maneuver.
A beautiful property, large, and a great view of the ocean.If anything, the traffic and noise from the street below, sometimes it became offensive.

This is a beautiful unit. Generously stocked with supplies and furniture was lovely. The dishes were plentiful and cooking pots etc. numerous. I saw no bugs. The unit was very clean. Only comment was only one set of keys. I hope another set is made. Thank you for the place while in Kona. 🙏🏾
Perfect location halfway between Royal Kona and Kailua Pier. Only thing marring the view is power lines stretched across in front of the bay. Otherwise it was great watching whales, dolphins, swimmers, kayakers, and cruise ships all right in front of the condo. There is traffic noise to contend with as some drivers cruise by with music cranked up. Lots of restaurants nearby and pretty much everything we needed was within walking distance.The condo itself was nice and comfortable. The chairs on the lanai were recliners so that made it very relaxing to watch the goings on out on the water.The property manager was very responsive. Answered questions timely and took care of a minor repair problem very promptly. All in all and very nice stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Kona Alii condo. Every morning we watched the waves crash on the shore while enjoying a cup of coffee. The location was an easy distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops. We were also close to the Kailua Bay Pier, where we watched a pod of spinner dolphins swimming amongst the distance swimmers, and were able to pick up a sunset boat tour. Look forward to returning!
We brought our 16 year old granddaughter with us for her first trip to Hawaii. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the room and location! Plenty of room for us all and ALL the amenities that one needs. Comfortable beds and excellent views from the Lanai.We had friends come to our room nightly for the sunsets! Had a great visit and we will definitely be back!
Clean, updated and within walking distance to restaurants, local shopping, and farmers market! The views and listening to the ocean waves was our favorite! Definitely a place we would stay in again.
This is a 4th floor corner unit with covered parking and no AC. The sea breeze and fans do an adequate job of
coolong. The unit fronts on Ali'i Dr, the main Kona thoroughfare. It is noisy and loud. It is steps to Temple Bar, Huggos and other Kona .establishment. There is homeless encampment in the park across the street.
Great location, wonderful view, well equipped condo.
The unit was incredible. The view and the vicinity of shops, stores, restaurants, and beaches was incredible! If there was only AC! 😂

Great location as we could walk to restaurants coffe shops shopping. With the location can come a little noise at times but it didn’t hinder our stay. View from deck is beautiful.
We loved this clean, cute home on Ali'i Drive! Beautiful apartment with fun finishes and respectful, quiet nieghbors. Management was very quick to respond with any questions/concerns. An excellent choice for an easy central location in Kona!
My husband had a great time staying in this condo. It's directly across the street from the ocean and everything is comfortable. We especially love the lanai where we would sit every night and watch the people going up and down Alii Dr., watch the sunset, and just listen to the waves. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was amazing! The condo was so clean and there were many amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. The view was spectacular, hearing the waves all night was magic, sitting on the deck every morning and every night was my favorite. We already want to rebook!

This condo is situated west for gorgeous Pacific sunset views from its spacious lanai. We also saw whales playing just offshore. The location is just steps away from the Kona Farmer's market and dozens of ocean view dining establishments plus an ABC store. We look forward to returning again!

Pros:Great central location, right next to lots of restaurants and shopping. You can hear the ocean waves from everywhere in the apt. Bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean and nicely decorated, well lit, with a bunch of ceiling fans. The reclining chairs on the balcony were a wonderful place to listen to the waves, watch the people going by, and take a nap! The tripod-mounted monocular was a really nice extra. The showers had really cool showerheads -- I'm going to buy one for my house just like it. I got a fantastic Thai massage from the place downstairs.Cons: Since it faces the main street, there was sometimes a lot of traffic noise, especially Thur-Sun nights when it seems people like to go cruising, blasting their loud music and really loud cars and motorcycles. Since there is no A/C, it's not really feasible to keep the sliders closed. There is a VERY bright hallway light right outside the apt. which was shining in all night thru the bedroom window. There are shades that didn't work too well at keeping that light out, and when it was windy, we had to keep the window closed because the shades were banging on the window. I think a blackout curtain would be a much better window covering. There is also no door to the bathroom in the bedroom, just a wall between it and the rest of bedroom, which may not bother most married couples, but we prefer to do our business in private.Check-in and out was easy and the management was very responsive. All in all, an excellent place to stay.
Great combination of view, location, cleanlieness and updated decor. Short walk to town center. Covered parking. Really a perfect fit for the two of us.
