As you enter through the large double doors you will be struck by the spaciousness as well as the new furnishings of Kolea 2E.
The great room has a wrap around couch that faces a wall mounted big screen television. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room that seats 6. The kitchen offers a large island, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and is well equipped for all your cooking needs. This large great room opens up to the spacious lanai and ocean view. You can enjoy the view and sounds of the tropics while preparing your evening meal!
The lanai offers a lounging area that has a couch and two chairs. On the other side of the lanai is a dining area for 4 along with a wet bar and stainless steel grill.
On one side of the villa are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom features a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted big screen television above a chest of drawers. There are two large windows that look out to the ocean and palm trees. There is a large walk in closet with plenty of space. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities.
In the hall between the two bedrooms is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Just across from the master bedroom is the second master bedroom. Here you will find a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted big screen tv with a chest of drawers. There is a large walk in closet just off the bathroom. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, and a large walk in shower.
On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom. Here you will find two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request facing a wall mounted big screen television. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower and vanity.
