It is in a quiet corner of Kolea which is convenient to almost everything – the Beach Club (which provides direct access to Anaeho’omalu Bay), the workout facility, a resort style pool, the beach, golf courses, the Kings and Queens shops, and everything Waikoloa has to offer. Kolea is an exclusive gated community.
This quiet, garden-level 3BR/2BA home is a luxurious, private 1554 sf. living space. 16A is an end unit, which means lots of windows and light, unlike many of the interior 2 BR units. The villa is surrounded by lush vegetation and the large lanai spills out onto a grassy lawn. The well appointed master bedroom boasts a large jetted tub and walk in shower. The other two fully equipped bedrooms share a bathroom with a spa shower.
It is well equipped and family friendly and has washer and dryer in the property.
This property has a cooler, beach towels and beach chairs for guest use.

To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide a starter pack of essential items. Once you use the items included in the pack, you'll need to replenish your supplies. The property was beautiful, the unit spacious and comfortable, and the location fabulous. The kitchen was very well appointed, although the coffee grinder (a plus!) needs to be replaced. Everything was very clean, but it does need some minor maintenance: a number of light bulbs were burned out, and the master bathroom toilet sometimes runs (jiggle the handle to stop). The staff was FANTASTIC and very responsive (thank you Daisy!!).
The three biggest issues were (1) there could be better instructions for the living room TV (we couldn't get it to change channels or access any streaming services), (2) the gas grill igniter and hood didn't work, and (3) the grill sink has a very slow drain. All of these should be easily remedied.

We had such an amazing time at this property. We have stayed before at Kolea. It’s the perfect place for families and relaxing. Walking distance to food and market, yoga, farmers market, etc.
The pool is not too deep and very relaxing. Hot tub is lovely. The beach is just beyond the pool and is in a bay, so it’s very nice for kiddos.
We crashed the Luau at Marriott next door, the kids were mesmerized by the fire dancer and Hula people.
This unit is slightly farther away from the pool than other units, but closer to the shopping area. And very quiet and peaceful.
The condo does have a lot of tchotchkes and random art, breakables just fyi.
