Luxurious condo with great views and beach access. All amenities you could need. Had fantastic time. Would highly recommend and will come again. The pool club pics do not do it justice. It is phenomenal. Loved it.

Incredible location. Close to beach, pool, shops, Kings Trail. The view is amazing the mountains, blue water bay, well manicured lawns, colorful flowers and birds. Coming back for sure
We were pleasantly surprised to learn about the free daily morning coffee by the pool, close (walking) proximity to the beach, and partial view of the water! Served as a great home base for our Big Island vacation. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler as well! Highly recommend!
Great location, close to the beach and the shops. The pool and hot tub are very nice. This location is well worth the cost!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and comfortable with all that we needed for our time on the Big Island. It is in a beautiful and convenient location. The airport is nearby and shopping was easily accessible. We were there during the Ironman and a few roads were closed but not a huge factor with patience.

We had 9 people total in our extended family trip. We ended up staying 4 nights on the big island. Half of our group already had a condo at Koleo, so I searched high and low to find a second condo in the same complex for the rest of us. Luckily, Vrbo had several choices. Great location, and a great unit. We were confortable, and our host thought of some great touches, like extra towels and a cooler for the beach. They were also very responsive. One suggestion - have twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. It would be tight, but more flexible for different guest configuration.

Our family of 5 had a great stay. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The beach towels and cooler were very helpful. The pool was peaceful and relaxing and steps from the beach. Communication with the owner/manager was responsive and accommodating. Overall a relaxing day and enjoyable vacation.
Our family loved staying at the condo. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed everything about it. The owners have thought through everything you would need. The lanai was probably our favorite part. Waking up everyday to a view to drink our coffee was terrific. We also enjoyed grilling a few dinners. The sunsets from the beach were spectacular. My girls loved the pool. Very nice pool with great lounge chairs. The quality of the condo unit and landscaping was very nice! Also, great location with shops and dining close by.
We have stayed at Kolea many times and we always return! This area has it all.

Fantastic unit and location. Close to everything you need (beach, shopping, restaurants). Our three little kids loved it and made good use of the provided beach toys. Even during peak travel season it was never too busy at the pool or beach. I'll definitely be back to this unit. Don't hesitate, this is the perfect spot on the big island.
Beautiful property and wonderful location walking distance t to the calm water sandy beach. We had some issues with bugs in the kitchen but the owner and property manager were very responsive.
Stayed at this property with my husband, toddler and infant. Perfect for family with small children. Tall ceilings and nice furnishings/appliances. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped for both toddler (floaties and kitchen utensils) and infant (high chair and pack n play), which was much appreciated! The pool area was quiet and great for families with young kids. Short walk to the beach if you want. We separately rented a wagon/pool toys to transport things down to the pool and it was super easy. Agreed with other reviewers that the building is hard to find due to lack of signage in the complex. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit!
