The condo was in an amazing location. Plenty of space for our party of 4 to spread out. The condo was clean and well stocked.
Kolea is a quiet development right on Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach. A short walk from the condo to the beach or pool area which is also very nice. The condo itself is nice. There were no problems. It might be about time for a facelift / refresh in the unit as the furniture is showing wear but is not broken or in poor condition.
This property was amazing! Clean and very well stocked with everything we needed to barbecue and cook in the gourmet kitchen. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. The pool and access to the beach was great! We’ll be back!
loved this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished unit with full kitchen. Nice veranda with fantastic Viking BBQ. Large screen TVs in living area and both bedrooms. Lovely view of the beach at A-Bay. Quiet and soundproof.
Our stay at Kolea 11C was amazing. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. We hope to return again and stay at the same condo.

Really nice condo. Very clean and orderly. This area is so quiet and peaceful. Heard very little noise from other people. The only noise is from cars and motorcycles from the street nearby. We had a little trouble eating...two of us are vegan but that isn’t your problem.

The condo exceeded our expectations. It was well-equipped with good beach chairs and beach bags to carry our stuff. The bed had a good, comfortable mattress and foam pillows. The kitchen had good quality, sharp knives and plenty of glassware. There was a nice pool with easy beach access to an uncrowded beach. We especially appreciated the reserved, covered parking space. Our only quibble is really more with the development as a whole. There are no street lights and the lava rock pillars that have the building label signs have no lights. So if you will be arriving at night, bring a flashlight as you will need it to identify your building. Likewise, the pillar that holds the keypad to the car entry gate is not lighted. The keypad will light when you touch the first button, but you will need a flashlight to see it initially.I can definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again.
