Beautiful condo with artist’s touch. Fantastic complex with huge pool, bbq, and pickleball court. Short walk to beach and close to lots of Kihei restaurants.
Debbie was knowledgeable and friendly sharing so many keys to Maui. The condo was easy to find and get into. The pool was directly out the back door and has such a nice little sitting area to watch the birds and admire the plumeria trees. I can not wait to come back.

We had an excellent time in Maui. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (all adults). It's very well furnished, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area, and the lanai was a great place place for a morning cup of coffee. Convenient location. The owner, Debbie, was very responsive to any questions. I'd love to stay here again if we return to Maui in the future.

We loved this property at Koa Resort. The unit was very well kept and up to date. We felt like we had everything we needed.
We loved our stay. The place was great, clean, fully stocked, with a beautiful lanai and amazing pool just steps off the lanai that was perfect in the afternoon after the day's excursions. We would definitely go back. Location was great as we are centrally located to everything!
Second time staying here and we were completely happy again! Although close to a busy road it’s actually pretty quiet. The grounds are beautiful, the units and lanais are private. Large swimming pool, hot tub, shuffle board, ping pong, tennis & pickle ball courts, of which my family of 8 took full advantage of. This unit ( 1C ) is a minute walk to all amenities. One block away from a great beach location for early morn & sunset turtle sightings. Unit is LOADED with everything you need - kitchen, linens & beach stuff, she has thought of everything! Very homey, comfortable and clean. New furniture and decor since last we stayed!!!! Love the murals in the bedrooms!!! Did not wish or want for anything else …. grateful for all of it!!!! We had a great vacay with kids and grandkids who stayed two units down. God willing we will keep bringing them back, and will definitely continue to stay here.

Had a great time during our stay. The location was great, a short walk down the road and can see some turtles on the beach. Beautiful property. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook from home, fit our family great. There were boogie boards for the kids and sand toys and beach chairs you could use too. The owner was available, just a quick text away. Would love to come back again!!
This condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Kihei! Great location just a short walk to the beach and quick drive to town. We enjoyed all the amenities provided - from the well stocked kitchen to the extra towels and chairs for the beach. The owner is easy to reach and quick to respond to any issue. The pool is lovely and we used it several times after a day exploring or laying on the beach. Easy walk across the street to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary Visitor Center in the evening to watch the sunset and turtles come in to rest for the night. Quick drive to shopping and tons of restaurants. Only drawback was the upstairs neighbors were very loud 3 of the 7 nights we stayed. They kept us up until all hours of the night. It’s a bummer to have to deal with that when you’re on vacation and the rules are clearly posted. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we can’t say enough about all the extras in this condo!
We had an incredible stay at this condo! From the moment we booked, the host was attentive and communicative, providing all the information we needed for a seamless check-in. The condo itself was immaculate, with all the comforts of home. It was perfectly located—close to local beaches and great dining options within a short drive. The amenities provided, like high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back!

This two bedroom Kihei condo was not only beautiful (much thought was put into the furnishings and decor) but functional (my husband found every small appliance, cookware & utensil needed to make amazing meals so was able to make all breakfasts and dinners in the condo). The one washroom in the unit was large and there were plenty of towels (for both the beach and for showering). The in-unit washer/dryer was also appreciated. The outside lanai had nice furniture and the outside water hose was convenient for rinsing off beach items. The outside deck box was filled with new beach chairs, boogey boards and snorkeling gear which we enjoyed on our day trips to various beaches. The pool was clean and centrally located. We also connected to our Netflix account and could watch movies in the evening. We really enjoyed the unit and will certainly be back as it just made out stay so comfortable with everything that was provided. The only thing we didn't use was the outdoor grills located by the tennis courts as they were not in optimal working order, but the George Foreman grill in the unit was terrific for cooking fish and it was nice having my husband not have to leave to cook. This unit was in a great location and only 18 minutes to Kahului (where Costco and Walmart are located). Overall a five star stay.

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed here for a great vacation. Very clean condo. There wasn’t a single thing the condo didn’t have that I might have needed. The pool is clean and the kids loved it- Great 2ft end and a 9ft end for all ages.
This was a fantastic, well equipped condo. Debbie provided everything we needed for our adventures in Maui. There was nothing missing. As long as you have a rental car, the location is great. Highly recommend!
The condo is cozy and convenient, closed to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Also we liked how it was so close to the pool and we generally had the pool to ourselves. Debbie was very good at responding to our needs. The only negative thing is the noises from the neighbors upstairs and the poor baby in unit next door 1 B who cried every early morning nonstop from 1-7am. These neighbors kept all of us up and we didn’t get good sleep but it’s beyond the owner control. We still enjoyed our trip and had a blast and would definitely return to the beautiful Maui. Mahalo!
