Really nice property and condo. Unit was well-equipped and clean. I was very pleased to find 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, along with 2 coolers!
Great stay for 4 adults and 4 kids. Kids all stayed in bunk room which is such a rare find! The beach across the street isn't really a swimming beach but you only need to drive about 5 minutes to start getting to the good beaches and there are so many options within 15 minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. The knives could use a sharpening, but we probably only noticed because of the massive amounts of produce we were going through!
This condo was a great space. It was clean and updated. It was well appointed with all the things a group of 9 could need. We really enjoyed our stay on this property and would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises!
We had a great stay at Koa 5i. The condo had everything we needed. All the kids had their own bed, no need for sleeping on the couch or hide-a-bed, which made this a perfect location for us. The beach is a close walk and all the extra amenities (coolers, beach toys, chairs, umbrella) made it feel like home. We really appreciated the detailed information about the island that was provided as well. Mahalo!!
The place is beautiful and well stocked with everything to make your vacation enjoyable. The pool is close, the beach is a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the Whale Museum is great for adults and children with activities to keep them entertained. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again someday. Mahalo

Enjoyed the short walk to the beach, local hikes, shave ice and fruit market just down the road. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our morning coffee on the lanai. Thank you again! Family of 9 stayed for a week. Great KOA amenities.Clean grill to cook on. Clean pool. Great location to one of the best beaches with shells and turkeys enjoying the sun!
We had a lovely stay it suited our family of 7 perfectly and location was superb. I loved that it was at the end of town so a bit quieter and not as much traffic. Lordes the manager was amazing we had a couple of issues( smoke alarm was chirping and one downstairs AC was not working) they responded immediately. The property is beautiful and well stocked with items needed for your stay. The grounds and pool are beautiful as well. We absolutely would love to stay here again when traveling with our family. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

This was our first visit to Hawaii and also the first time using VRBO. The condo was just as described, modern and spacious for our family of seven. We utilized the full kitchen to cook some meals and enjoyed the outdoor seating on the balcony. Having a full size washer/dryer helped us to minimize bringing a lot of luggage. Also appreciated having beach gears (boogie boards, snorkel equipment, umbrellas and beach towels) We had a great time in Maui!!
It was so comfortable and homey. The location was perfect for our family. We felt so fortunate to be able to stay here.
Very nice overall for a large size family. Very clean and well stocked with essential items (could use a few more towels for large group and the ladies would likeat least one full sized mirror:)) Bunk beds for kids very helpful. Older complex that seemed well maintained. Great pool. We had a great time and would definitely rent again
This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for the kids with the double bunk beds. The condo is gorgeous, modern, clean and spacious. The master shower is amazing with 3 shower heads! Quick walk to the pool & parking. Overall we loved the condo and the property and would definitely book again!
Spacious condo that allowed our family to gather or spread out over our stay. The zoned AC allowed for our bedrooms to be at the temperature each felt most comfortable at. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals when we weren't eating out. We used the snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrella almost daily. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. We used the foosball table and the pool frequently. We enjoyed our stay!
We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The property has been updated with nice kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, and furnishings. The unit is well stocked with everything you need. Each bathroom is updated and even the towels were very nice. The Master Bathroom is gorgeous with a large shower. There are AC units in every room so you can control the temperature in the individual rooms. The TV's in every room are a nice touch. The pool was very nice! It wasn't crowded when we were there. The property is close to grocery stores, beaches, Food Truck locations, etc. The Washer and Dryer were very handy for us to wash our clothes from our daily excursions. Parking was easy in the Resort Lot. Communication with the owners was great! All details for check-in and check-out were provided in advance through emails. There's also a very detailed handbook on the coffee table with all the information you could ask for like restaurants, resort info, check-out instructions, etc. There is a flight of stairs outside to the unit and also a spiral staircase inside to the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom doesn't have its own door and is open to the floor below. This wasn't a problem for our family. This is a great property to stay at for your visit to Maui!

We stayed with 6 adults and two kids under 4, and we had lots of space. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and the location was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay was wonderful in Maui. We enjoyed the condo and pool. The bbq area was not inviting and we didn’t like seeing the vehicles in the parking lot under tarps (it looks trashy)
We are a family of 7 with kids ranging from 16 to 1.5 years old. There was plenty of room for us and the unit was clean, updated and centrally located to a number of different areas of the island that we had planned to visit.
Wonderful, cozy condo that worked great for our large family. Would love to stay here again!
