Condo was impeccably clean when we arrived. There were 6 adults and we had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom with own bathroom. 1 more bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen was well equipped, Host, Robyn was always available if needed. Condo highly recommended by our group. Would definitely come back again
Property was in a good location. Owner definitely communicates so no lack of responses. Pool is a great size and perfect temp. Walking distance to the beach. House had lots of nice inclusions like a great amount of pool/beach toys, lots of appliance options (toasted oven, multiple coffee makers, blender etc)
The unit was well suited for our needs! We appreciated the communication before our arrival and the quick response via text while on the island. This unit had plenty of beach equipment and a well appointed kitchen which served us well! The pool and grounds were lovely, including our family of chickens! We enjoyed the location as we could easily head to the S Kihei Road for eats, snorkeling, groceries or to the highway for more distant adventures. Thank you!
Condo complex was great- nice pool and hot tub, functional grills, large pickleball facility, and close to a few beaches. Condo had all the amenities needed for renters.

Robyn was so responsive to my questions and accommodating. The housekeeping staff were also kind and thorough! I would definitely stay here again when in Maui. Mahalo nui loa, Robyn and Lourdes!
Perfect for a family getaway
This property was perfect for our family! The well equipped home was exactly what we were looking for. The four bedrooms provided sleeping comfort. The well equipped kitchen provided us with easy meal preparation. The three bathrooms made it easy for us to all get ready when going out. If we had questions, Lourdes or Robyn were available with quick solutions. In our opinion, we found our PERFECT place for us, and our needs!
Great place to stay. Very well stocked with everything you need. The pool was very nice to come home to after being out all day. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants. Perfect place for our kids and grandkids to all gather. Would definitely stay here again. Robyn and Lourdes were very easy to work withThank you for everything
The condo was exactly as it looked with many extras to make the vacation perfect. The pool was close by and not over crowded. Location is close to many restaurants and shopping.
Close to beaches in Kehi. Quiet. Lots of activities at the lodge: swimming pool, ping pong barbecues. VRBO had boogie boards life jackets cooler beach chairs and more. Slept 10 comfortably.

Property was perfect for our family of 10, including four children from 6 to 20 months. As promised, the condo had life jackets for the kids; beach chairs and umbrella; boogie boards; coolers; and plenty of beach towels. The pool was a huge hit with the kids as well! Early morning lizard and gecko tours on the property kept the older kids busy. Kitchen was very well equipped and met our needs perfectly. 5-15 minute drive to great snorkeling and restaurants. We will return!
Beautiful and well kept and maintained property. The amenities were wonderful. Up to date appliances. Awesome with the washer and dryer in the unit-very convenient. Will definitely stay here again. 8 friends gathered from near and far to celebrate a friend's 50th birthday. This Koa Resort condo was the perfect spot for us to call home while we explored Maui. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and groceries (about 20 minutes walk to central Kihei). There is a lovely swimming beach just across the street. The pool is clean, cool, deep (up to 9ft) and we enjoyed the lightly shaded lounge chairs. The kitchen in this condo is exceptionally well stocked with appliances and cookware. The living and dining areas gave plenty of room for our large group to socialize. Beds were clean and comfortable. A minor maintenance issue was addressed by the host immediately. All in all, a great stay! Would definitely return.
We had an absolutely fantastic 5-day stay at this amazing property! Our group included two families—10 people in total (4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 8 to 16 years old). The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just across the street, making it super easy to go back and forth. Plus, we were close to all the main stores and restaurants, which made everything so convenient.
The house was spacious and fully equipped, perfect for a large group like ours. We only needed to pick up a few basics like trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Other than that, the house was stocked with everything we could need.
The highlight for everyone was definitely the pool! With depths ranging from 3-4 feet up to 9 feet, it provided hours of safe and fun entertainment for the kids. While we loved the beach, having the pool right there gave us a perfect controlled environment to relax and let the kids enjoy themselves. We even made use of the tennis court, which added an extra element of fun to our stay.
Bugs are a thing in the tropics so please put away any food after eating. We did see a couple bugs but nothing we couldnt handle!
Overall, We couldn’t have asked for a better setup, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a beachside getaway!
For the most part the unit was comfortable and in in great location; next to the pool and across the street from the beach. I thought the pictures online were a bit deceiving in that they made it look like a stand-along unit/house. The other facilities were nice and the unit had all the extras to make our stay comfortable such as beach chairs and towels.
The unit was just as described and more than enough space for our group of seven adults. The grounds in the complex were beautiful and well maintained as were the pool and other amenities. The unit also had everything we needed. The location was great. We walked to the beach across the street to see the turtles and sunset. Many other beautiful beaches, supermarkets and restaurants were only a short drive away. The host was very helpful with information on local activities and money saving options. We would definitely stay here again.
AMAZING home! We loved it so much. Cockroaches aside everything was perfect! Location is perfect, pool out of the porch door and a short little walk to a really nice beach. Cant rave enought about the home and putlr experience there. I hope owner puts a fo us on pest control going forward because it was the only complaint we have.

We had a great stay at this property for our family of 6 adults. The only recommendation we have is that the property could use a good deep clean as was previously reviewed. Otherwise, all was great! We enjoyed the location of Kihei a lot. It was so easy to get around the island and to all the things we wanted to do. Would stay again.
6 ladies in town to play golf and celebrate a milestone birthday for one of us. It was a lot of fun, enjoying g our coffee on the deck, exploring Kihei, and a lot of wine and cocktails.
We had 10 of us ranging in ages from 21-80. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining room for our meals together. Having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was great for our beach days. The location of this condo was ideal for heading over for the sunsets each night around 5:45. The location on the island and within Kihei was also great. The landscape at the resort was nice as was the pool and hot tub set up. The description and communications from the property manager were very accurate and fair. I would recommend this property if you have a larger group between 6-10 people.
The unit was perfect for our family! The kitchen worked great for preparing meals for our family of 11. First place we stayed in that had fantastic cookware for cooking on the stove. It was very close to the pool which was fantastic! Also, the beach across the road was great! No rocks and nice hard bottom in the water! The grounds at the resort had lush tropical landscaping and were very well kept. We would highly recommend this place!
