This was an amazing property with a great value. Very centrally located to explore all parts of the island.
My family and I had an amazing stay here. The unit is much better than the photos show. Kitchen came well stocked with equipment for us to make our own food for meals when we didn’t eat out. At the time of our stay there was beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodle, plus even more things that may benefit others. AC’s kept the room cool when we wanted. There are 3 separate AC’s. 1 per each bedroom and 1 for the living area. All worked well and we often turned them off in the evening and opened the lanai doors to let the trade winds keep us cool. The Lanai had plenty of space with a great view and the beach just below never really got busy as it was mainly locals and others in the same building. If you want a chill beach day it’s only steps away from the room. Great location made nothing on the island too far away. Host was responsive with clear and simple instructions on check-in and out. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Maui.
The condo was perfect for our family. The balcony had a beautiful ocean view. I really enjoyed watching the rowers and paddle boarders in the morning. A second full bath is a must with two teen girls. The location was close to everything in south Maui and it didn’t take us too long to visit other parts of the island. The hosts were very accommodating as well. We were able to use their beach chairs, towels, and coolers, so we didn’t have to rent them. They had excellent communication and even shared advice on where to snorkel. I owe them a huge THANK YOU!!!! We are used to AC at home and did use it in the bedrooms at night; however, it’s really not needed because the winds keep everything very cool and comfortable and the condo has many windows. We didn’t use it much in the kitchen and living rooms although it was available. Speaking of these rooms, they are very large and bright and you can see the ocean from anywhere in them. We are already planning a return trip to Maui and would definitely love to stay in this same condo again. Thank you again to our hosts!
This property is just steps from the ocean. It is a spacious condo with plenty of space throughout. The kitchen was well stocked and there were the extras (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler) that make the stay even better. Good communication with owners.
We spent 5 days at this beautiful property. Everything was just as described. Great location and easy to get around. The views from the balcony can’t be beat! We loved watching the ocean and the sunsets can’t be beat. We highly recommend this property!!
My family of 4 had a great time at this rental property. My kids enjoyed the pool, and we had a beautiful view of the beach and water. The apartment is nicely decorated, and the air conditioning worked well. This is right on the beach and close to many shops in the Kihei area. It is also a reasonable distance to most of the tourist areas on the West side of Maui.

The property was conveniently located with ample parking. It was also easy to add a day to ensure we had a "home base" before our very late flight out on Sat. The pool was nice and the beach was right next to us!
During our stay there were wildfires all over the island, including the devastating Lahaina fire. Although we hope this is an once in a lifetime emergency, when we saw first hand the fire in Kihei from the condo, we were not sure how to avoid the smoke entering the condo due to some of the window styles.
We were super glad we were able to watch the news and internet for evacuation notices. But if the power/internet went out we wouldn't have known where the evacuation centres are or what was going on.
Just glad Kihei was safe. All things considered we enjoyed our stay. We pray for a smooth recovery in Maui.
