We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO, with the awesome balcony, the overall layout, and little extras, like beach chairs and coolers. There are a few things that need to be improved. 1. The owner/manager knew ahead of time there would be two adult couples in the unit, however, there was only one parking pass. This caused a little bit of an issue with parking with one of the couples. We worked it out but there should have been two guest parking passes for our stay. 2. There is no TV or radio/alarm clock in the 2nd and smaller room. Luckily we had our tablet with a library of movies so we propped it up on the bed and were able to unwind before snoozeville. 3. The smaller bedroom has an air mattress but with no remotes or ability to adjust. Have to say though, it was comfortable. 4. Understandably the owners locked up some of their personal items but honestly, it was a little creepy to open up the closet in the smaller bedroom to find one part of it boarded up from floor to ceiling and padlocked inside the closet. 5. The shower water temp is great in the master bathroom but not so great in the other bathroom, with no one else taking a shower. 6. The photo attached is of the toilet in the master bedroom. As you see, not a lot of leg room. Even my friend of 5'4" couldn't put her legs straight in front of her. The front small partition needs to be removed for convenient usage of the toilet. Overall our stay was fabulous...thank you!

Lovely well-equipped spotless 2-bedroom condo with gorgeous views and everything you might need included. The property management company was EXCELLENT, and so responsive. Plenty of parking was always available. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning units in each room, the well-equipped and large kitchen, and plenty of supplies freely available (toilet paper, trash bags, detergents, towels, etc). Note that there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, only body wash (no bar soap). The ocean-view balcony is very spacious, but does face west. You get blazing sun all afternoon, and we needed to keep the sliding doors closed and the interior blinds down in the afternoon to keep the condo cool. Great pool with hardly any users, and just loved the almost private beach that few used. Warm and shallow ocean water for wading or swimming, but no waves for surfing or boogie boards. Comfortable furniture, excellent kitchen and appliances, and very comfortable beds with multiple pillow options. Plenty of storage as well. Very thoughtfully appointed, with great attention to convenient details. The only slight negative was that the bedrooms faced Kihei Road, which is very busy. You will hear traffic noise continually when in the bedrooms, blaring car radios, etc. We brought a white-noise machine which helped at night.Conveniently located in Kihei. We preferred the casual vibe of Kihei, as opposed to the swanky resorts. Lots of shopping and food options close by, as well as excursions. Very much enjoyed the food truck park, Paia fish market and Uliani's for shave ice. We would definitely return to this wonderful unit.
Great place to stay, centrally located on the island.Beach was pretty rocky which was not mentioned in the listing. Condo was on a very busy road.
We had a great stay! The view was amazing! The unit had everything we needed. Close to beaches, shopping and food. Definitely recommend!
Well equipped, good central location. Wished the water was a bit clearer here. Nice sandy beach. Gas grill came in handy.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. Excellent view...180 degree view of the ocean. We spent some of every morning and evening on the Lani soaking it in. If we come back to Kihei we will try availability of this unit first. The unit was clean, functional, and had everything we needed.

This apartment has all we need for vacation: easy beach access, swimming pool, enough towels, cooking equipment..... everything looks same as the pictures. Highly recommended for vacation in Maui.

The condo was absolutely gorgeous, fully stocked with everything you need super clean gorgeous sunsets every evening sitting on lanai. Great location to everything. Definitely will visit it again.
