This unit was very clean and had a wonderful view. We enjoyed the lovely pool. The host was very responsive to our questions before we arrived.
This location had a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains and a private beach. It was located centrally in Maui and gave us great access to all locations. The accommodations were very clean and well stocked. It was a great ending to a wonderful vacation.
The beach chairs and umbrella were nice to have. Beautiful view from the balcony. Washer was tiny and crazy loud. Accommodations and location were not as nice as advertised
The views at Koa Lagoon are beautiful. The condo is nice and cozy and clean. Beach access is easy. The only downside is the noise. It’s close to the street and very noisy. However, the noise from the birds and roosters is soothing and relaxing.
We had a wonderful stay for our first time in Hawaii. This property is fairly well equipped and in an wonderfully central location.

I stayed here with my wife, in-laws, and brother in law (5 of us). We had a fantastic time, the condo was very clean and there was plenty of space for the five of us. The condo came equipped with all necessary cooking/baking/dining necessities. The condo also included beach towels and beach chairs which was a big plus for us. The highlight was the porch which allowed us to watch a beautiful sunset each night. Would stay again!
My family needed a relaxed vacation, and we got it here in Kehei. The property met all expectations for plenty of room, beautiful views, super clean BBQ's, along with a property manager Carol who went above and beyond to get us an early check in, Thank You Carol. The kitchen was well equiped.I would warn guests, the rust and mold may cause some concern in bathrooms which were very small. The hide abed was very worn and uncomfortable.

Very impressed by the comfort of the beds and the wonderful view from the lanai. The unit was well stocked and we appreciated having access to the pool. A little bit further away from amenities than we had realized but not an issue given that we had a car. Had a couple of minor issues and were so impressed by how responsive the property management company was.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very roomy condo with a great view!
Beautiful location, great lanai.
My family with my kid visited Maui during the Thanksgiving break. We booked this property considering the location which is right on the beach and close to most of the restaurants. Also considering the Maui freeways, it is considerably situated at the center and has easy access. Apart from these things, property itself is amazing and you can feel the sea sitting on the sofa in the gallery.
It’s clean and has all the appliances you need for week’s stay or more.

Disappointed. Lani cushions were very dirty, couch cushions with multiple stains. Guest bathroom shower super small, as described in earlier reviews. Kitchen was well stocked, and basic cleaning was ok. Deep cleaning really needed. Quiet and unit was close to beach with easy access. Probably would not return. Left a list of items that need repair.

Great oceanfront condo in beautiful Kihei. Perfect for two couples. Well maintained and clean. The property is along a nice beach and the sunsets from the room were gorgeous. Small downside is that you can hear the road some at night. Enjoyed exploring the little town of Kihei.

It was a smooth and easy experience staying here. The location was perfect for getting around the island with short drives to Kihei and the airport. Management was very kind and offered prompt responses when we reached out to them.
Property was ideally located in Kihei on second floor looking out over bay. Quiet and easy access to parking below us. Had all the basics to start with and supplemented them with a quick trip to the Safeway store. Had a couple of maintenance issues when checked in and Carol of VIP jumped on them immediately. She was wonderful to deal with. Location ideal for beaches and restaurants no matter what you may be looking for. Short drive to Maui Ocean center and right up the street was the Humpback whale exhibit.
The view is stunning! Comfortable apartment/condo style. Our two kids slept on the pull out couch and were comfortable. Table for 6 gave us enough room to all sit and eat together. The lawn made a perfect back drop for sunset family pictures. It is directly off a main road, so some traffic noise can be heard if you're sensitive to that. Would certainly recommend.
Beautiful beach view condo-
This condo was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). We loved the beachfront access and the pool. Everything was clean. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy a coffee in the morning. Would definitely recommend to others.

My family and I needed a getaway and this condo provided the perfect location for our stay. The beach on the property was the mildest for our kids to play in during the morning hours. The location was perfect to drive to either nearby eateries or recover from the road to Hana. The pool was clean and well kept and the water temperature for showers endured our post beach needs. The only (very minor) issue was the blinds-style windows did make noise in the wind and let in more sound at night but that is swallowed up in the amazing view and location of this property.
For a million dollar view you can't beat this location. I could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. Very quiet area. Everything needed was right in the condo. IF and I do mean IF there was a downside you are about 2 miles away from the resturants and bars, so if you like to partake in a few beverages you will have get a driver as it isn't walking distance. The beach at the condo is nice and quiet. If you prefer a beach to people watch about 2 miles down to the park. I would definitely consider staying here again a return trip to Maui. We were a family of 5 and felt very comfortable here, not cramped at all. Thanks for having us and letting us enjoy the beautiful island.

We very much enjoyed the location and the condo and would book again!
Overall a great stay. Roomy and great views of the ocean. There were some issues with the lock but they responded right away and got it taken care of. The only complaint is the primary bed is terrible! My husband and I couldn’t even sleep on it because it makes you roll into the middle, you can even see how tilted it is just when you look at it.
This property was well-maintained and the management company responded immediately to a small issue that we had. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and we enjoyed our stay so much!
