The beach villa was clean, well stocked, and as advertised. The resort complex is well maintained with beautiful amenities. We loved the beach and the pool, and the kids loved feeding the fish in the koi pond. Any minor issues that came up were quickly handled by the property managers. We had a great trip to Oahu!
Stay was great. Glad to have been on the first floor as my kids were able to run around the grass.
Great condo, steps from lagoon and pool
Clean, quality, and very well appointed with anything you might need and some things you didn't know you wanted but which made you say even better. It was great to have the rice cooker, instapot, etc. Location is unmatched and made the experience so comfortable with little kids who were able to walk easily to and from the beach and pool for multiple stress-free outings a day. We are hoping to stay again in the future.
This was our second year in a row staying at the property and we couldn’t have been more happy with the trip. Lanelle offers top notch service, which we appreciate especially with two young kids in tow. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Fabulous! Amazing condo complex. Beautiful, well equipped condo unit. Super oceanside location. Meticulously landscaped. Next to major hotels/resorts but fortunately not staying there.
The location of this unit was perfect for our family of grandparents, children, and grandchildren, with all amenities provided. Crib, high chair, and booster seat, too!
This place is perfect for easy access to beach and pools. It was great for our family and we really enjoyed nightly dinners outside. The unit came with a ton of beach toys, snorkels and beach chairs. Could not have asked for a better vacation and we are already planning to return next year!
We loved this condo at the Beach Villas! The location is excellent, a very short and easy walk to the Beach and Pool. Also walking distance to the Marina to catch an Ocean excursion, and a nice walking path along the beach. The condo was clean and stocked with all the basics we could need. Also beach chairs and umbrellas, which saved us from having to rent those. There were 4 adults, and we liked the privacy with 2 primary suites on each end. Plenty of room. The primary closet was stuffed with infant furniture and supplies, which we did not need and took up room. Maybe put those items in a separate closet? Not a big deal, we were able to move those around and make room. We loved the starter set of supplies and paper goods, those were generous enough to last our week long stay. A nice touch would have been to have a few bottled waters in the fridge for our arrival after the long travel day, but we hit the store soon after, and stocked up.Lanelle was excellent in communicating with us, as well as the staff at the front desk.Mahalo for a wonderful Hawaii vacation! We would definitely recommend this condo!

This villa had everything we needed and more! Our stay at Beach Villas At Ko Olina was amazing! Lanelle made everything so easy and accommodating for us! We celebrated Thanksgiving, our youngest son’s birthday and our 40th wedding anniversary while in Hawaii! A trip to remember!

Beach Villas has been our go-to place for the past ten years, with the exception of the COVID period. This was the first time we stayed in a ground-floor apartment that is really close to the beach and pools for the kids. This time, we had our grandkids (ages 4 and 6) with us. It was nice for them to just step outside from the kitchen door. Overall, the place is fantastic. The only thing I don't like about the management is their exaggerated notices about not parking the car perfectly straight or leaving a hat on the balcony table.
This is our second year staying at the Beach Villas and we will certainly be back next year! This is the best property in Ko Olina. Great support staff who make it easy to book, check in and enjoy. Thank you!

Beach Villas are beautiful. We loved the lagoon! The mornings sitting on our lanai with the view of the ocean and listening to the birds singing was so relaxing!
First, Ko Olina Villas location is a great family vacation spot. It is a beautiful spot…quiet with calm beaches. Kio Olina Villas lagoon was the least busiest.
Second, the unit was awesome. It was very clean with many cooking tools. The rooms were perfect for our family. Spacious! Loved it!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lanelle’s property in Hawaii, and it was nothing short of magical. The rental itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a perfect blend of modern luxury and island charm.
The spacious, open-concept living area made us feel right at home with large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals, which we enjoyed on the lanai.
In every way, the villa exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect retreat that allowed us to experience the best of Hawaii in luxury and comfort. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway.
Our Family of 5 adults and our 2 yr old granddaughter could not have asked for a more ideal setting with every amenity one could think of. Being on the ground floor was perfect of our granddaughter with the lawn just off the lanai allowing her to romp to her hearts content. The set up of the condo was also ideal with separate climate controls. Access to the beach and the pools/ grills/ bar were also within steps of our condo. So, so impressed with your condo and the Beach Villas staff and hospitality. This will be our go to Hawaiian destination for years to come.

My family and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. With two kids, ages 2 and 5, the property location was ideal, being on the ground floor (little one is a climber). The pools and lagoon are minutes away, making our daily swim sessions super easy. We found the property to be clean, well stocked, and exactly as advertised. The hosts were very responsive and checking in was breeze. We most definitely would love to return here one day, everyone had a great time.
This was a beautiful home to stay in .Lovely garden view and steps from beach. This was more than we expected plenty of space for everyone. We all had our own room and bathroom. Everything we needed in kitchen and we had access to grills and more space and kitchen by the pools. We had such a relaxing time and looking forward to next time.
Beautiful Villa with lovely surroundings and the ocean just steps away. The pool and grounds were amazing and we enjoyed the lagoon, perfect for swimming. The villa had everything we could possibly need. Everything clean and beds comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would rent here again!
Perfect location! The beach was amazing. Plenty of space for the whole family. It is nice to get away from all the people and be able to relax on the west side of the island.

This condo was perfect for our family- we had a toddler and a baby along with grandparents and there was plenty of space for all of us. This is so well set up for kids with a high chair and booster seat, mini crib, tons of beach toys, and so much more! My daughter loved playing in the large grassy area, which is shaded from the sun for most of the day. This means that the condo itself is a little dark inside, but it was a win for us not having to worry about sunscreen every time we stepped outside! The beach is not crowded at all, and many restaurants and shops are easily walkable. We definitely plan to return!
If you were looking for the perfect place in Ko Olina your search is over! Lanelle was amazing to communicate with and quick to answer any and all questions. The unit seriously has everything you need…if you were thinking of packing it, just leave it home because it’s already there! Perfectly situated on the quiet side of the beach villas, and the grassy area was the perfect space for our boys to play. They loved the pool and it’s just steps from Honu Lagoon (the least busy!) Also a most convenient location if you are looking at exploring the rest of the island. Seriously can’t say enough amazing things about our stay in this comfortable unit. We will definitely be back!
