Everything was great. Microwave didn’t work which was a bummer. Location was amazing.
The location was amazing and the beach was fantastic. A car is required but then you’re close to everything because the island isn’t very big. Sitting on the lanai watching the evening sky was a great way to end our day!
Absolutely beautiful property. This is the way to stay in Hawaii. The villa was large, had everything you truly needed including full gourmet kitchen, laundry, beach supplies, wi-fi and giant TVs. It was spotless when we checked in. And the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Sitting out on the balcony for breakfast was pure joy. And, you're overlooking the quiet pool, so no loud kids. Plus, the first morning, we had a small bird come land on the balcony, almost as our welcoming committee. Don't feed them, though, unless you want and entire welcoming mob.The resort property itself was meticulously clean and well maintained. I've honestly not seen many this well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were wonderful, and beach access was easy. The only negatives, and the first is extremely first word problem; the designated parking spot (free, by the way), is under the other tower, so it's a bit of a walk if you are carrying groceries or luggage. But, you can access parking in your tower for drop off, if needed. Just don't park there. Like I said, first word problem. The other slight negative is that the furniture is starting to show some age. Nothing affecting functionality or cleanliness. Just nicks and scratches from use. Nothing some touch up markers wouldn't fix. I can't say enough good about our stay. You can pay double the price and stay in a small hotel room, or choose this villa and have a great time.
Excellent condo with fantastic amenities. Bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and deck were all top notch! Great location to get to everything in the complex.
A fine place for us. My husband and I rented this one while other family members were in other units. It suited our individual needs, except for the washer/dryer all in one! This was difficult to wash and dry efficiently. Also, no just plain dryer when needed. Short supply on some kitchen utensils and glassware. But, very comfortable and easy access to pool and beach.
This property worked out so well for us and our visit to Hawaii. It has excellent restaurants walking distance from the property. The lagoons were peaceful and had cool snorkeling opportunities. The view was great, you can see the ocean from the balcony, but will need to walk down to the beach to see the sunset. I loved how the room keys were only to be used for you. I couldn’t go to another floor with my room key. It made me feel very safe and I felt comfortable leaving my two teens there while we went to the hot tub. Full gorgeous kitchen. The check in process was so easy! The staff working were friendly and greeted with a smile and “Aloha!” When you saw them. The place was well stocked, plenty of garbage bags, toilet paper, everything. If I had a complaint, it’s a small one, but the bugs in the place are certainly present; in every room, cabinets, in the dishwasher, etc. we probably saw two or three each day. I reached out to the owner and they sent someone to spray very quickly, but I truly think this is an problem that can’t be controlled given the nature of the property with the doors open on the balcony(which is a must!!!) We just rinsed off dishes before we used them and it was totally fine. I would absolutely recommend this property to someone looking for a place to stay in Oahu.
It was amazing!! The condo was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and was exactly as stated on VRBO. We could have used a high chair - but the pack and play was perfect for the baby.
We loved our stay at the Beach Villas. It is clean and exactly as described. The view is amazing and we spent every moment possible on the lanai. The pools are perfect and the lagoon is great for a day at the beach. We even enjoyed a few drinks from the bar. It is the perfect spot for two couples to spend a week in paradise.
Our unit was not just as described. It was better than we imagined it to be. We loved the pools. We loved the view of the cove and the beach and we especially loved the little bar that served fantastic drinks and really good snacks. I think we had a hotdog every day.
Condo was clean and very comfortable. Great communication with the hosts. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. We spent a lot of time on the Linai over looking the lap pool. The poolside bar was amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach services down by the logoon were great. We made breakfast every morning and used the Keurig daily. Highly recommend and would stay again.
Great resort and great unit! The unit has plenty of pool and beach toys, such as chairs, a wagon to get it all down there, body boards, etc. Can see the pool and ocean perfectly. We will be back!
Family Vacation to Hawaii!! What else can you say. 😁 The property is amazing and there is some shopping and food options a 10 minute walk away. The pools and hot tubs are very nice and the Lagoon is very close as well. We will definitely stay here again. It was an amazing trip all the way around. I highly recommend!!!
We LOVED our stay! The unit was well appointed .. We especially appreciated the snorkeling equipment and the beach cart! The location was superb...restful and with beautiful views. Jae and Roth were very responsive to all our numerous inquires Would definitely reserve this unit again if fortunate enough to visit Oahu again.

Ko Olina is special and this resort like residential community was a great place to stay. The accommodations were exactly as described. Easy check in, lots of staff to help out. Great access to the beach. Well come back for sure!

Unit was well-equipped and clean. Resort management is attentive and helpful. Owner was very responsive to our requests. We had a minor bug problem which was taken care of promptly and effectively. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Great place to stay. Wonderful pools, beach and lagoons. Not a complaint but I do wish they had a few more services. This property you do everything your self.
We enjoyed our stay at Ko Olina beach villas. The grounds were lovely, very cleaned and maintained. The villa itself was very disappointing. We paid a lot of money and there was a terrible roach problem. I messaged the owners twice and only received a generic response. They never apologized, offered a solution or showed any evidence of compassion. It was quite surprising. I will definitely stay again, but never this villa or any owned by these owners.

This condo was perfect for a family. Lots of items available for the beach/pool. This condo had a nice view of the pool and partial view of the ocean. Definitely looking forward to booking another stay!
This property has all the amenities of a luxury resort but the convenience of a well equipped private condo, including some beach and pool toys for our grandson. If you have toddlers, there is a nice shallow pool great for wading and playing. If you prefer a sandy beach, it is just a two minute walk. There is even a heated lap pool that is have designated quiet area, which is a great place to read, have a drink or lounge in the sunshine.
The property is clean and meticulously maintained. There a few shops that you can walk to about a kilometre away, but you will need a car if you want to get groceries or visit Honolulu.
Overall, we had an excellent visit here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a more quiet and less crowded vacation.

The location & lagoons are great.
