Overall, we were very pleased with the unit. However, when we arrived at almost midnight to the condo, we were very annoyed and tired. The cleanliness of the unit was not up to our standards. For instance, the pull-out couch was full of crumbs, the carpets were dirty, the toilet seats were gross - covered with pink stained cleaning supplies, the guest bathroom had hair in the shower and mold on some of the tiles, the walls were dirty and scuffed, and there was a cheap 99 cent bathroom soap in the guest bathroom which was 3/4 empty and had to be filled with water to even use. We spent an hour cleaning the unit when we should have been getting to bed. Some of the furniture different from photos, dust everywhere. Some of the bedding looked yellowed and dirty too. The ceiling fan pull in the guest bedroom was removed. Also, the air conditioning seemed to turn off during certain times of the day, like it was being controlled by a phone. The bedding for the pull-out couch was a joke, no comforter, just a thin blanket. Pots and pans dirty - lazy things we noticed that should have been done. We needed to purchase (25) a new parking spot because the spot assigned to us was SO small. Positives: The unit is amazing, perfect view, conveniently located. Not a warning to avoid this unit but be prepared if it is not clean - which the property manager said he would do a deep cleaning after we left. PM was communicative and helpful - brought things from Target and offered partial refund.
The property was great with 2 pools and a lagoon. We were near the quiet pool so very little noise. The lagoon was also great for our kiddos with easy swimming. The condo was beautiful and had almost all we needed. Pots, pans, and some cooking utensils could be updated and the dishwasher didn't do the best job every time. Overall, would highly recommend!
Overall, the property and location was great. Some of the front counter staff could improve their customer service skills and the parking garage was difficult to use. Just about every spot was for compact cars, but most of us were driving SUVs or vans.
The sweet spot: right on a swimmable beach with pools and hot tubs but minus the crowds of the resorts next door

Stayed with my two kids and the grandparents and found it to be wonderful unit with a fantastic lanai and kitchen. Would have loved to have more baking supplies (no oven safe baking dish in the unit) but pots and pans and the grills down by the pool are all we really needed. So lovely to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Fantastic cabinet of pool and ocean toys for us to use. The ocean tower is so serene and quiet and not crowded like au lani and we loved it. A perfect family escape.
We did have issues with being assigned a compact parking space for our mini van. Feel bad because the condo staff messaged the Vrbo host and was going to get fined and they paid for us to get a bigger stall. Very kind.

Ko’Olina Beach Villa Condos is a great property. Close to the beach, shops and golf. We’d stay again at this property.

We recently got back from a great vacation at Ko Olina. The property manager was responsive. We loved the unit, which was clean and had everything we needed. The views from the lanai were great, and the extra beach toys in the closet kept our kids happy and busy. Appreciate the hospitality of the hosts and would recommend the place to anyone.
