Great views from the patio. The bed was very comfortable. Communication w/property management was timely, and responses received in reasonable time frame. Property grounds were beautiful, and pool was fantastic and not very crowed. A quiet pool was also nice. Shower and water pressure was great. Water heated up quickly so no waiting around for hot water. Listing pictures were accurate, and property was as described. Would consider this property again.My only issues would be the no use of umbrellas at the lagoon. They were supplied by the host, but not useable at the Ko Olina area which was a little annoying. Also, would be nice to have a binder in the villa with check out information, local info and various things such as the need for the arrows to line up on the doors for the A/C to work even with doors closed. I had to go to my email to finish checking in, pull up the gather web page and review check out info and such was a slight hassle as I rarely access my email on vacation. I would recommend there should be no need for guest to have to access email after checking in thus a binder would be nice. We only had 1 vehicle & did request to move to the 2nd parking spot listed due to being stuck between two larger vehicles making it difficult getting in and out. But was told the owner had his personal vehicle in the 2nd slot & we could pay 25 extra for an outside parking spot which we declined. 2nd spot should be accessible for use. 5 stars overall as listing was accurate.
Our stay was amazing. The villa was excellent. This was our second time visiting the property, and we plan to return.
This property is a two bedroom, two bathroom, gorgeous condo facing Aulani and Four Seasons. The Sunsets are stellar (forgive the pun). The Hanu lagoon is always the least crowded. The bar by the pool is staffed by friendly bartenders and they serve snack style food. I will be back.
Koolina has been our destination of choice since 2013. The area and all its amenities are a perfect fit for us.
I loved the communication through text and was so easy to check in and out. Our family had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back!
It was a dream vacation at a dream location. We loved everything about this villa. It was the perfect location for some downtime that was defiantly needed.

Had a great time staying at this place. They had everything we needed and more to cook, clean, and even had things for the beach for us to use! Overall would love to stay here again.
Everyone enjoyed our vacation and is looking forward to having this a yearly trip. We have all decided we want to continue to stay here for all our visits to Oahu.
