The Beach Villa is located at Ko Olina, Hawaiian for Place of Joy. Ko Olina is a picturesque resort located on Oahu's western side nestled away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Honolulu. Walt Disney also found Ko Olina to be the perfect place for its first hotel not adjacent to a theme park. Their newest resort & spa, Aulani, was completed in 2011. Ko Olina consists of four beach lagoons, a golf course, and marina. The Beach Villas are centrally located on Lagoon Two.

Guests can experience a wealth of world-class amenities at Ko Olina. Enjoy a morning of lavish spa treatments at the Marriott Ihilani Hotel at Lagoon One, a five minute walk from the Beach Villas. Play an afternoon round of golf at the renowned Ted Robinson Championship Golf Course directly across the street. Finish the day watching the sun set at one of Hawaii's Top 5 Restaurants, Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, located on the golf course, while enjoying one of their pineapple martinis.

As we face the new age with Covid-19, the safety and health of all guests are our ultimate priority.
1. Educate Team Members: Policies/Procedures, Self/Guest-Quarantine, Proper PPE Utilization, Social distancing, HIOSH Standards and Personal hygiene.
2. Elevated Sanitation: PPE will be worn by all housekeeping team members. Refined cleaning procedures and check-off list were implemented to ensure full execution of duties. Frequently touch surfaces will be sanitized and not limited to; Light switches, door handles, bathroom/kitchen fixtures, thermostats, closet items, kitchen appliances etc. Linens and towels will be laundered and sanitized in accordance to guidelines set forth.
3. Check-In Services: Check in service will be arranged by Premier Cleaning accordingly. Contactless check in can be arranged as an option.
4. You'll have an assigned, underground parking stall. If you need an additional parking stall (if you'll perhaps have 2 rental cars), you will pay a nominal fee of $25 at the front lobby upon check-in. This fee will cover the entire duration of your reservation at Beach Villas for the extra stall. The extra stall will be an above ground parking space. 96%, which is required at any accommodation in HI.

We recently stayed at a stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located in the heart of Ko’olina Lagoons, Hawaii, and it was nearly everything we could have wished for in a vacation rental. The condo itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that felt like a true escape from everyday life.
The amenities provided were thoughtful and comprehensive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and convenient. From the fully equipped kitchen to the plush linens, everything was tailored to make us feel at home. The location is a dream, nestled right amidst the serene beauty of the lagoons, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions.
However, there were a couple of small issues that could be improved. The condo came with only four beach chairs, which was insufficient for our group of six. Having a beach chair for each guest would have been ideal for our outings by the lagoon. Additionally, we encountered some issues with the bedroom remotes not working correctly, which was a minor inconvenience.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and these small issues did not significantly detract from the enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely return, hoping to see these tweaks made for an even more perfect visit next time!

i We love the place. It was b eautiful, nice quiet. Setting parking garage fronted the car. The only thing we found was the carpets were either old or staying, the other thing was. There was no full length mirrors.
But, but we enjoyed it very much. Everything else was perfect. The beaches out to the lagoon's restaurants that were close. The people were very friendly. The pools were beautiful. The music at the tequila or marvelous.The only thing I suggest is if you're looking for a luau.Look close to the resorts.We did not realize that some of the rewards head luis

This is our third time staying at the Villas at Ko Olina complex. This time we needed a larger unit as we had my in laws with us. The unit worked great for our family of 4 adults and 2 teens. The stay was enjoyable as always.

The condo and surrounding areas were absolutely amazing. The condo has a ton of space and is clean. Access to washer and dryer was an added plus. The pools and garden areas are just beautiful. Ability to walk along the ocean for a morning walk or to restaurants is a nice touch. Property Managers are very responsive if assistance is needed. Great location, beautiful resort!

We liked being very close to the beach. took minutes to get there. Liked having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 5 adults. Liked having toaster, microwave, coffee maker - etc. Liked having boogie board. I bought one before I saw the one there. We left our new one behind for next renter or owner. Shane was GREAT and replied to all texts or phone calls when we needed something. We all said this was our favorite place of all 4 islands AND we'd want to come back to this same place. Before this trip, we all picked Oahu as our least favorite island. We had schedule trip to Maui and changed plans after the fire (still praying for ALL - so sorry and sad for the people of Maul/Hawaii). My pilot neighbor recommend KoOlina and we are so grateful he did. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a GREAT trip!!! Hope to come back and play some more!

The Ko’Olina area is fully stocked with everything you need to make the best memories. It was the perfect blend of fun activities and relaxation time. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to escape to paradise for awhile alone or with family. My kids and family all had a blast.
