We had a fabulous stay! Everything from communication, location, and amenities were more than we could have hoped for and made for a memorable vacation for our family. Highly recommend!
My husband and I and our 4 teenagers enjoyed a relaxing vacation in Hawaii. Clean unit. Great location and views from balcony. Enjoyed the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys provided. Choice of two pools and hot tubs. Great access to the path around the lagoons. Short drive or walk to market and restaurants. Costco and Target less than 10 minute drive. Can’t wait to return!
I don’t often leave reviews but this one deserves it. The owners were great to communicate with. They did all they could to accommodate our needs. The villa served our family of 6 wonderfully. We especially loved the sheets on the master bed. We loved the view of the property and the ocean. Couldn’t recommend the property highly enough.
Beautiful property, private amenities, lagoon. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to return one day.

The beach villas at Ko Olina are beautiful and overall resort area is paradise! For the price we paid, our particular condo needed to be upgraded. We expected a more luxurious feeling. Carpets were very worn; some furniture needed repair; artificial plants both indoor and outdoor were dusty and looked dead. Pots and pans needed a thorough cleaning; many were greasy. Bath towels were very worn also.
We really enjoyed the KOlina Beach Villas, the resort was beautiful, clean and very easy to get around. The villas was clean upon checkin, the kitchen had a good variety of pans, cookware to work with. The beaches and pool areas are very clean, well maintained. We’d come again!
Both the condo and Beach Villas property are wonderful as was our interactions with the condo owners and the local contact/greeter. Loved that there was a quiet pool and hot tub, plus other pools and hot tubs for families/more activities. Overall, the Beach Villas are quieter than other resorts along the lagoons which we absolutely loved. There are many amenities nearby within walking distance as well as easy access to highways to get to other parts of Oahu. I’d highly recommend the Beach Villas to anyone and can’t wait to return sometime in the future!
Great location, beautiful condo and perfect space for our family (2 parents, one 15 yr old boy and 20 year boy). Great lagoon, pool, nearby amenities and really great. Nice and quiet and we were able to get to north shore, waikiki easily.
The property didn’t quite meet our expectation. Number one was the outdated showers. The picture shows up to date new showers . The water stream strikes onto the wall and I had to lean on the wall to catch the water. Tried to adjust the shower head - no use.
Number two- refrigerators. The doors are so hard to open , need to use both hands to pull it open. Always opened it from the second attempt.
We caught 4 cockroaches which was disgusting .
The chairs on the lanai are dirty ( fabric) of overuse.I put the towel to sit on and got a warning I am doing it. Must give a credit to the chairs - very comfortable,
The receptionist was rude on the day of our arrival .I asked her why I am filling out the form and checking the car information but we don’t have a car, she gave me a dirty look and replied “ just fill it out”. Never saw any smile on her face.
Lastly, it would be nice to have a mop to wipe the floors. I like to keep it clean all the time. For me cleanliness is number one thing!
The resort itself is beautiful. Always a lot of empty chairs.
Our stay was wonderful and the property made our family vacation over the top! The condo was clean and luxurious. The views were spectacular and access to the pools, fitness, parking and beach were absolutely perfect for what we needed. Great hosts!
The space was well appointed and clean. Check in was easy. Everything went well.
We had issues with parking, spaces are not very wide and someone parked in our spot! Was told to park anywhere above and then was told I had to move car again as I was now parked in someone’s spot! No one let me know when our spot became open.

Condo was very nice, clean and a good view. Property was very convenient to beach access. Nice amenities such as pool, hot tub, exercise room and was not overly crowded.
We fell in love with Ko Olina two years ago and couldn't wait to come back. The beach villas are a perfect place to stay and the lagoon is the best. We like the fact that it's not crowded but that everything is close by. We'll be back
Very nice stay. Only negative was that the adult only pool was always filled with noisy children. Pool sign should indicate age of people who can use pool & direction to the childrens' pool.
We could not have asked for a more perfect vacation and this property was a huge reason. The lanai views were amazing, the ease of getting to the pools and beach were a bonus, chairs, towels and boogie boards to use. Free underground parking spot and walking distance to so many things. We would definitely stay here again.
This was our first visit to Oahu and our stay at this property really set the bar high.
The owners were very responsive during the booking process and answered all of my questions.
Checking in at the property was easy and the contacts during our stay (Louie and Shane) were wonderful. We had a slight hiccup with the automatic shades which I only mention because I called Shane and it was fixed almost immediately while we were down at the beach.
The condo itself was perfect and well stocked. We were all comfortable with our sleeping arrangements and the bathrooms were large. We had a grandparent, my husband and myself, a teenager, and a 9 year old. The beautiful lanai was a favorite place to just watch the birds, listen to the ocean, or hang out enjoying the breeze.
We made use of the beach toys in the closet and added a couple more to the stash. Made for a great time playing in the lagoon and building monster sand castles. We made reservations with Royal Hawaiian Beach Services to reserve a cooler and lounge chairs at the lagoon. Lots of quality memory making. Walked next door to Disney for a Luau and were excited to get back to our far less crowded and way more relaxed property.
The kitchen was nice and spacious. We didn’t cook, but used it to prep lots of fruit, sandwiches, cold items, and snacks. Plenty of supplies if you are a home chef.
The Koi Pond is a gem. Loved strolling through it on our walks to the beach.

Ko Olina is great- this was our 4th time there. We have stayed in a different unit each time. Beautiful grounds, excellent location and all around awesome property.
Shout out to the property manager Louie who was very quick to respond and take action if things popped up during the stay.
My one nit is that the unit was not as clean as it could have been, but this is more reflective of the housecleaning staff, not the unit. There was sand in various areas on the floor and the balcony needed a good mopping, which I ended up doing myself the first day.
