We love staying at the Beach Villas, the property is always maintained to the highest level, the location is excellent on a lagoon.A place to relax unwind and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

I can't say enough good things about this location and property. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. It was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's expectation. It was clean, comfortable and spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, but I have to mention the view!! The view on the lanai was breathtaking. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for privacy too. The hosts were gracious and helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here again if we’re fortunate enough to get back to Oahu!
We loved the location but the value proposition did not meet our expectations. We were surprised to learn that the actual seating around the main television is not as the photos portray (it is actually smaller). We were also surprised by the dirty dishes, blender, coffee mugs, bathtubs, carpet, and dining table. The "closets" are very small, and the primary bedroom mattress has a bow to it (the middle of the mattress is noticeably lower than the ends). The balcony off the primary bedroom is so small it is effectively unusable. Bedroom 2 does not have a private bathroom (it is shared), and it is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms. 2 adults may find bedroom 2 too small, yet bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds so it is better suited for children.However, we fully recognize that every other review posted on VRBO gives this unit an exceptional rating. So our expectations seem to be much higher than others. Our advice is for potential guests be sure you assess how this unit aligns with your expectations about what is important to you.
The condo was everything we needed for a great week on Oahu. The place was clean. The property was great with koi feedings, two great pools, BBQs and a safe lagoon for kids. The location was very walkable to around 10 great restaurants and the golf course. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Ko Olina is a wonderful place to stay, and this villa is a lovely example of what the property has to offer.
We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. It's spacious and very comfortable. I think the needs might have been the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a hotel or rental. The owner and property managers went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. In particular we appreciated how well stock the kitchen was and how helpful they owner was at working out an issue with our booking. It's hard to find any fault in our stay...however I will say that there are quite a few rules that need close following. We're rule followers so it wasn't really an issue for us, but it is something to take into consideration.
We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend this unit. Hope to visit again sometime soon.
We loved our stay here! The unit was even better than we had expected, complete with amenities for our family that made our trip stress-free and incredibly enjoyable. The unit is well-sized and had enough space for the 3 families traveling together, and the extra bonus of kids toys/books and so many beach/pool supplies was fantastic to keep the kids busy and happy. The resort is lovely and we enjoyed going back and forth between the beach and the pool. We were thankful to have found this place and had a fantastic trip!
Our family enjoyed our time on Oahu at KoOlina Beach Resort. The villa was perfect for our family. We enjoyed all of the amenities of the resort. The ocean view from the deck was awesome, I enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the comfortable deck furniture. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool everyday.
